Wolf Heating

A company with zero customer service, who seemed to criticise all previous engineers that serviced the boiler - even though they were all recommended by the manufacture.
A costly experience that still left me with a broken boiler ! Please learn from my experience.

Andy installed a new oil boiler and tank system into our home. The previous system was not fit for purpose so required a lot more work than originally thought, we were kept up to date with what works needed doing and costs throughout. The new system works great and the water pressure is so much better! Andy is professional and friendly and I would highly recommend Wolf Heating

Top notch service from Andy at Wolf Heating. Had an oil fired boiler increasingly randomly tripping out. Was fed up that our usual guy never seemed to solve it. However am very pleased to say Andy has used his 30 years worth of experience and sorted out all the niggles the boiler had. For once we have a boiler that doesn't trip out anymore. I won't let anybody else touch my boiler from now on.

I callled Andy at Wolf Heating when my usual chap failed to respond to my messages. Andy answered the phone (brilliant) and arranged a time and date to call. He came as arranged. He was professional, capable, efficient and a pleasant manner. He explained what was going on with my oil system and what wasn't - all in terms I understood. He had the parts needed for my system so no waiting for them to be ordered. The central heating radiators are mad hot.

I have no hesitation in recommending Andy and I would definitely call him again.

I had called out 3 gas engineers to fix my heating before I found wolf .. Two told me it was sorted but it never got hot . One fixed the boiler but was unable to fix the underfloor as he didnt understand it ( which was fine as he was upfront about it .)Wolf fixed it right away and my house is lovely and warm .

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable, he advised me I had ordered a radiator that wouldn't heat the room due the size. So I reordered it meaninhg he had to come back a week later ,anyone else might have just fitted the wrong one for a quick job.The house has never been so warm now.The boiler was also broke which was successfully fixed. I would trust Andy with my future boiler /heating repairs and would recommend him to anyone.

We used Wolf Heating for the first time - after a recommendation. Our heating had been playing up for some time - we phoned Andy and he came out later that day. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our LPG boiler and was hopeful that he could get the appropriate part the next day. He contacted us the next day and fitted the replacement quickly. We were so grateful to have our heating belting out at last. Andy was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. Thank you very much - would highly recommend

No heating at 3pm on Xmas Eve, called Andy and he asked me to check a few things but to no avail. Amazingly he said he would come round so by 3:30pm he was here and by 3:45pm it was all fixed with the new part that was required. Amazing service and value!

We will definitely be using Wolf Heating again.
