Fantastic service from Western Fuel. Completely out of fuel due to the incompetence of another Company. Called on Monday and they offered me delivery that Thursday for no extra cost. Next I know is we get a text through Monday evening saying it will be here tomorrow and the house is now warming up nicely again. Thank you so much Western Fuel!! Won’t go anywhere else now.

Suggest you all save yourselves time and hassle and go straight to the 'can do' firm. A positive experience from the moment the phone is answered to your tank being filled. Have used a few times now and have never been disappointed. The icing on the cake is that they manage to provide a superior service but keep prices extremely competitive.

After being given two delivery dates by my original supplier who failed to meet both, I turned to Western Fuel for help, with the view of collecting some supply myself to tied me over. However, although this would have been possible the staff came up with a much better solution. They returned calls and seemed very keen to prevent me running out of oil. Their customer service was excellent.

We were let down massively by direct oil on a delivery..(never use them!) I rang western oil and placed an order on the 22nd December outlining how we were not going to have heating for Christmas.. they were amazing and squeezed us in the very next day!! First class customer service.. I will not be going anywhere else for my oil moving forward.

We have used Western Fuel several times for our heating oil and have always received amazing service whether that’s from those in the office, those handling the phone lines, or the delivery drivers. Cannot recommend enough!
