Tanat Holiday Park

Beautiful time away here. Absolutely perfect for our quiet honeymoon away with our dogs! The hosts were so helpful and friendly and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our marriage. We are already planning our next trip

Had a lovely holiday in the chalet, nice area with good access to a variety of local attractions.

The chalets themselves were very nicely decorated, with tea coffee and milk provided, we also met some of the local cats who were very friendly

We have a caravan on this site. A piece of quite heaven. Rivers , walking, places of interest. Site owners and staff brilliant. Would recomend hiring the superb holiday let chalets beautiful

Lovely caravan/chalet site very well kept friendly people with a lovely walk by the river tanat. Areas to sit or have a picnic and a children's play area small shop and laundry room

We had a wonderful 2 night cosy stay at no.2 Redwood chalet. The chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, considering it is late December the chalet was so warm and cosy. The shower was amazing! We had some lovely walks up to llanymynech village and visited the the local pubs and shop which has everything if you've forgotten anything. We had based our stay around visiting Santa on the Llanfair/Welshpool steam train which was lovely and only about 25 mins from the site. We had a lovely walk around the site and walked up the river. The views to wake up to were beautiful. Cheryl and family were lovely. I think this could become a Chrismas tradition of ours. Thanks Kate, Rich, William and Benjamin x

I’ve recently stayed for two nights with my hubby at the Tanat and booked the Redwood Chalet.

The place is just beautiful and the views were just picturesque from the sofa! The grounds had amazing walks around the river with little seating areas scattered in places so you can relax and unwind. The chalet itself was spotlessly clean and pure luxury. Warm and cosy with excellent little touches.

The two nights we stayed, we ordered pub food from the Dolphin and an Indian, both really lovely from the local village Llanymynech.

As we were only there for two nights we walked from the chalet into the village and went up to see the Kilns and Llanmynech mountain, great walk if you want to stretch the legs!

We loved our stay so much that I’ve booked to return in June with my daughter and Easter 2022!

I can’t wait to come back 😀

Chalets are to a 5 star standard, with plenty of walks around the holiday park. Such a warm and friendly welcome from the owner Cheryl. Already planning our next stay there, highly recommended
