Nice holiday site, near to the beach and the town and no signs of any dogs! The welcoming staff are helpful and friendly. But entertainment staff for paid art/craft sessions look bored and grumpy...

Met my best friend and family for a couple of days, had lots of fun and many laughs. Beautiful walk around the lake, everyone was friendly, club was good, but book the pool well In advance if you can. Easy to get to and a great base for going out and about.

Had some fantastic family holidays here when my 4 kids were little, last visit was in 2016. This week here has been disappointing tbh. Looks like a holiday park in decline and wouldn't be surprised if it failed altogether anytime soon. 2 days left of this holiday and have hardly seen any staff, where are the warm welcomes you used to get. Couple of tips if anyone from Haven is reading.
1. Get a schedule sorted to keep the toilets areas clean and working. Shocking standards and really unhygienic considering recent events. Dirty and smelly.
2. Don't rip your customers off every chance you get. £1.79 for a loaf of bread? Nearly £6 for a pint? Really feels like the whole park is designed to extract as much cash as possible from punters who have already paid nearly £2k for a week's stay in a caravan???? These families are your recurring revenue for goodness sake, look after them.
3. Make sure you have enough staff for the outside pool to remain open. Especially on one of the few sunny days we have had this week.
All that said, we are having a good time. But 100% this is down to us as a family being able to spend decent time together in a nice part of the country and nothing to do with what Haven has given us.

We have our own caravan on site we have been here for 6 years I regamend it to anyone all the staff and sales team are all friendly and nothing is a problem they sort things out straight away

The indoor swimming pool has been closed for 2 days.

Lift to the entertainment was broken the full week meaning having to carry the pram up the stairs. Caravan was lovely and clean nice and warm also. Swimming pool was nice but 45mins isn’t long enough unfortunately.

rented a van here for the weekend. you would need a shed load of money 💰 here if you stayed any longer .beers are expensive, pizza expensive ,burger king on site expensive, good god money runs away with its self here .time slots for swimming really c,mon .my advice go into burham and get decent food at reasonable prices

Went late Sept weather was wet and windy as usual but the fishing was superb had to fish tight in the margins but feed it and they will turn up had to turn to 8mm pellets over 2mm which worked well meat attracted eels had some great fish with perseverance
