Went to audio t with an idea of what I wanted had a fair idea but the excellent team advised and helped me make a more educated choice
They demonstrated the products and gave me a clear idea of what can be achieved really please with the service many thanks

On holiday in the area and popped in for a browse. Shop was locked and there was a big note on the door saying by appointment only - i was let in but there was a weird vibe to the place I just didn't feel welcome, maybe I should have made an appointment. I see a lot of good reviews, maybe I visited on the wrong day.

Staff were all very friendly, service was first class and if you are looking for any audio equipment this is the place to go. Very pleased with our Ruark Audio3 perfect sound - we can’t stop listening to it.

Have been a customer for 10 years + have found them friendly and help file on every occasion. Went in and wanted a Naim Atom and speakers but didn’t know what ones… Andy asked all the relevant questions and recommended a pair which were less that I was willing to pay.. this is why I keep coming back! Farad I have dealt with many times a real genuine guy … Jon seams a little miserable but don’t let that put you off, once you know him he is excellent and talks straight and plain … a great balance and mix of staff… go in and they will put you right ..and make sure your sorted properly… Thank you guys will be back I’m sure when the itch starts again😂 Andy thanks this time the AE 500 were more than perfect for me 👍🏻

Not just very friendly staff, said people don't look down from their high office of knowledge to belittle the customer, which believe me happens a lot in hifi shops.

These chaps find out your requirements and funds, then believe it or not, HELP.
They also make a great cup of tea, I'm not sure about the coffee as I've not tried it.

It was my first visit to the Cheltenham store on 5th Aug 2021 in fact my first visit to any Audio T store having moved from Kent to Gloucestershire. I had really great friendly and knowledgeable service from Farid. I didn’t really know whether I wanted to buy a new av or not but after taking advice from Farid I purchased a Denon ace 4700h. Then went on to purchase a pair of Quad s1 speakers again after a lengthy demo. Farid said that they were a good match for my Rega Brio & Apollo CD player. Loved them! Highly recommend Audio T after my first trip. Thanks guys!

Everytime I've been here the guys have been exceptional purchased an av system about a month ago and finally set it all up properly!

The guys here were ever so helpful and certainly will be back again to buy some speakers for the hifi!
