Access to the store is good. Car park is generally good. Bike facilities are poor. There are plenty of trolleys and baskets available. The store is well stocked and most of the time tidy. The store is well laid out and have been some recent changes and updates. The Christmas/Seasonal area is of a signifcant size and has most things that could be wanted. There are plenty of tills and you don't wait long in busy periods.

Good selection of products. It has a nice Christmas atmosphere throughout the holidays. Staff do an ok job. There's an Iceland within the store, which was a surprise. It's not stocked up like the actual Iceland store would be, but it's still a pleasant experience. Would visit again.

Love the range, lots of Christmas decorations to choose from and even sells a selection of frozen foods which I didn't know. They Pretty much sell everything. Toilets were disgusting but other than loved it

First time back since Covid 19 outbreak. A pleasant shopping experience had. The building is large bright and clean especially since its make over a few years ago.
There really is so much to see and they cater for almost everything from the craft section to motoring, DIY to household goods. They have a large section for kitchenware and utensils, laundry and bathroom items. There is a decent furniture section as well as something for the kiddies. I was surprised to find a Christmas tree being decorated as I entered the store, especially as it was only the beginning of September. They were also busy preparing the Christmas section at the rear of the store.

My only complaint would be that in some areas, the aisles were narrow, due to additional stock baskets.

On the whole, a good way to spend an hour or so.

The parking lines have now been redone thankfully, making parking easier and safer for people.
I'm thankful for the parent and child spaces that they have.
Seemed to have a few leaks coming through the roof, they had laid a bit of cardboard down, hoping that was a quick temperary measure till someone could go get the correct equipment.

Cafe on site it's nice but expensive for what it is.
Garden sections is lovely, also they seem to always be out of stuff I need in that section.

I've found that since they've put an Icelands inside that there stock isn't as good. I've needed a few things which I could get before but haven't been able to get since this has been put in, as they've had to make room for it. I personally don't agree with an Iceland being inside a range store. I'd rather go to B&M as I have a better chance of getting what I need.

Always my first port of call for variety and value. A pleasure to visit with attentive helpful staff and now I can do my food shopping at the same time. What's not to love?

The store has recently had some major changes, more choice of goods. As always the staff are friendly and helpful and shopping here represents good value.

Changed a lot in recent times. There is now a small Iceland block in there. Not sure its all for the better, seems a bit run down, as if the store is struggling. The one in Portsmouth is bigger and better.
