A positive experience from start to finish

They were the only company I could find that offered a 3D design service, most bathroom companies only offer this service if they are supplying the products and fitting the bathroom.
I found that Ana was very professional and gave me an excellent customer service – always taking the time to take my calls and advise me.
This company pride themselves on offering quality products at competitive prices.

Renovated my bathroom and ordered multiple items from them. They have a huge range of leading brands in stock at the best prices. When other merchants were quoting 6-8 weeks lead times, Amorebath delivered in just a week to rural Wales. Maximum time they were also the cheapest on the internet. Highly Recommended.

Ordered online, given the run around for 2 months with a list of excuses about delays always being someone else’s fault. Had to ask my bank for a chargeback in the end. Avoid.

Received the order today. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would certainly recommend their services to everyone.

Update:- finally found my order. Unfortunately they had not shipped using the details provided so the parcel had to be tracked down and this could only be done once they provided tracking details.

Their communication skills are poor at best. If you enjoy chasing your orders and have time to kill then by all means use this company.

I for one won’t use them again.

Originally placed an order on the 9th of July. Chased them by phone and email at the beginning of August but only got a response after leaving a review. I was advised that the order was on back order and asked to revise my review, which I did.

On the 28th of August I received an email saying my goods were in their warehouse and would be delivered on the 1st of September.

There has been no delivery and my email to them asking for tracking info has been ignored.

This has been unnecessarily painful and at the moment all that is happened is I have lost time and money.

What a shambles! Ordered a toilet seat on the 4th of October 2022 and still they can’t tell me when it will arrive. Apparently the warehouse and sales work independently so it now makes sense why they don’t know when we will receive our order!! It’s just a toilet seat! Can you imagine if we ordered a bathroom????
Please avoid this Company unless you have loads of time to email. Don’t call as they never answer!!

You will get expert knowledge and honesty from the staff. We popped into the store while doing a Google search for German luxury bathroom brands locally, and this company was at the top of our search list. We were so impressed by the quality of the products they have on display, they also offer all the top brands and seem to be reasonably in comparison to other bathroom companies we have visited recently. We will for sure be placing an order with them.

Ana and her colleagues at Amore Bathrooms and Tiles are exceptional ! I can not thank them enough for all their help and advice , throughout our bathroom/cloak room refurbishment.
Ana s guidance and expertise on selection of fitting ,and tiles has really given a high end finish to our bathroom.
