Love Dunelm, always have, always will. So much choice at such good prices. Just bought my new dining room chairs. Brilliant. Staff lovely too.

I went there with my 10 months old baby yesterday. I was so struggling to put the baby and push chair into the trolley. Thankfully, I had Emma's help. She came up second floor helping me with the staffs and put my push chair away by the till, so I can enjoy my shopping in Dunelm. She is such a lovely lady. I really appreciate for the help. Lovely shop. Got some lovely pillows on offer, some stuff a bit pricey but up to individual what they are willing to spend for things x

Love the shop, pity there’s no parent and child parking - not even 1 space! Had to lug shopping down the full length of the carpark with a pushchair and toddler in tow🙁

Cafe tables were filthy not been wiped. Crockery left on tables. Second time been in and still the same. Two ataff on.

It's Dunelm. Coffee shop a bit expensive and slow, but nice product. Staff friendly, usual products in shop.

we visited dunelm to purchase a "circles duvet cover" and as you do,
picked it up and checked the large picture showing the duvet on a bed and its cream colour and circles design with at least 3 bands of darker gold colour with smaller circles on It looked very nice and above the picture was a description that said "featuring cream coloured panels with circle designs". I can tell you ladies that the duvet was completely blank of any pattern from the very bottom up to the pillow line and only under the pillows was there a pattern in the description .I was very annoyed and especially as the guy at the counters last words were "IF YOU OPEN IT YOU CANT BRING IT BACK" We paid £32 for this without pillow cases I might add .so ladies buyer beware

Update two weeks later just been offered a £30 voucher to buy the bedspread to put over the blank cover.nice gesture....only to find the bedspreads now costs £20 more 🤔oh dear
