Excellent choice of household appliances such as kettles and garden pots. I picked up a hoover and a few bits for my television. Surprised to see the wide range of tech products available.

For a shop that sells lots of random stuff, it seldom has what you need. Staff pretty disinterested and don’t seem to have much knowledge of their stock. HH desperately needs another DIY and home store.

Good shop replacement for the old highstreet ironmongers in many ways and a bit like Woolworths 😁 but no music or sweets sold!
Everything seems to be sold apart from the above. Batteries, air fryers, damp catchers, rat poison, bird food, frying pans etc. etc.
Staff are good and always seem helpful.

Very helpful and friendly. I needed something that was up the stairs but had my baby in his stroller. One of the young ladies very helpfully pulled the 3 sizes of bins to the top so I could have a quick look and make a selection.
I very much appreciated it and will remember the friendly service for the future

Lady went above and beyond to assist me today. Looked in stock room and located what I needed. Then advised of collection service at back door to make life easier. Great customer service thank you! Staff are helpful and very friendly. Great amount of stock, full of useful things. I would recommend to anyone. I constantly use this shop for all manner of things you cannot buy any where else.

I purchased a bird station online but the screws and nuts were missing. I 'phoned the Store to explain the situation. I was immediately offered a refund or a pack of screws (I chose the latter!) so I popped into Store to pick them up. Lorna was extremely helpful - thank you!
