I know how Julia Roberts felt now in the movie Pretty Woman. The two assistants were not interested in me and talked constantly to each other. I had to interupt them to find what I was looking for. No sales skills were apparent and the shop appears to be overpriced.The candles I wanted were a much better price at Bridgemere Garden World - only 15 minutes drive away(their candles around 1/4 of the price of Chic Interiors)!!

I went with my two daughters and baby. We all had afternoon tea. It was gorgeous 😍. X

I ordered an item on 01/05/2022 and it did not arrive. I emailed 2 weeks later to find out what was going on and was told it had been posted and Dawn Kilburn would check the tracking to find out. It did not arrive so I emailed again on 18/05/2022 and saw that it was sold out on the website. I therefore queried whether I would receive a refund. No response. I emailed today to find out what is going on. Appalling online service. All this needs is a sorry it's out of stock and here's a refund. Only getting one star as it won't let me put zero stars.

Bought some great champagne flutes and bar accessories. Really nice coffee in the Chic Cafe. Will be visiting again!

Must Place to visit in Nantwich, Dawn & Staff are so welcoming and helpful with great ideas and stock the most Fantastic products and you can have a coffee at the same time.

Love this place, Dawn always is so helpful and friendly, as are the girls. Nice to support other local businesses, the gifts ive had for friends and family always have the wow factor. Just need to treat myself now! Merry Christmas 🎅

Dawn’s place is exactly what it says on the tin, chic! I booked the venue for my daughter’s 16th birthday from a recommendation and it did not disappoint. I called and visited many times before the day as I wanted everything perfect and all my requirements were catered for (just one small thing forgotten but I did have a long list). I visited looking glam and very not glam and I got the same service. I want to give a special mention to the young lady Poppy that is a member of staff she was super helpful and particularly knew more about what teenagers like so great for ideas and so polite. It is a small cafe but what more do you need for 7 teenage girls. It’s so pretty and she made the girls feel very special. We also hired out a magic mirror from finishing touches wedding hire and the back drop was gorgeous for all the pictures. Posting a pic of the cupcakes (seriously it’s not real flowers) which I gave to the guests as party favours and were yum!

Bought a xmas bauble along with a birthday card and gift bag. Item didn't arrive so contacted them and was told the bauble was on preorder. I checked this information and the description for the bauble did not state this. Other baubles were on preorder were but not this one and a couple of others which was why I chose this particular one.

The items eventually arrived and what a mess. The packaging was inadequate. The gift bag and greeting card was bent and crumpled and the bauble had a dint at the top and the clasp was crushed and was loose from the bauble.

I contacted the store and sent photographs and was told a replacement would be sent. I did not receive a replacement. I contacted the store numerous times but was constantly ignored.

I eventually was given a refund for the bauble but I had to give the greeting card to my friend as it was a birthday card.

The company replied and blamed the Post Office for the state of the package.. I think this company need to rethink their packaging and not put a fragile bauble and card straight into a bag.. some items need extra support.

Such a shame because the shop looks so nice.
