The Range

Got loads of good stuff here from household to arts & craft. Furnish some of my house with items from here. Not too badly priced. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hardly wait too long in the queue for the tills as staff get called to get the queue moving quickly

Absolutely disgusted! Do not order home delivery! I ordered a large wardrobe and set of draws from my local store for home delivery I said in store I’ve heard bad things regarding delivery he assured me things don’t go wrong often…! Today was my delivery date so I’ve exposed of my old wardrobe so clothes everywhere it’s come not the draws they come separate which makes no sense! I wasn’t going to open until husband came home to assemble but one of the boxes were ripped ao I wanted to check for damage and good job I did as I’ve receive two parts of a white wardrobe and one part oak! Product code is not even the same! I’ve called the range twice the first time spoke to a rude man who’s answer was it is what it is!! Second time the lady was lovely but still didn’t help my frustration so i now have another two week wait for the correct furniture after taking time off work for this delivery I know have to take more time off and have a hall way of heavy massive boxes! Terrible service and the whole delivery system is just ridiculous and makes no sence! Why they can’t be delivered together when ordered together and on return why on earth can’t a new one be delivered the same time as collecting? Would make sense wouldn’t it?! Never again for us!

Very busy because of the time of year, but was able to find everything I needed, not Christmas related, although the queue was very long, it didn't take long to get through the tills.

Who would love visiting the range. Always packed with wonderful items, great decorative ideas and so much more to be explored.

Fascinating location. Drains the Fens, floods the Ouse Washes and provides water to Essex, by the igenious method of reversing the flow of the Cut off Channel.

Café is very clean. Staff clean tables constantly .Ordering of food is straightforward with friendly staff to on hand to explain menu options available.
My only criticism would be that
no vinegar or salad cream sachets available for use on salad just mayonnaise !!

Missed out on last minute dog toy for Christmas, but did get some other good deals. Hound got a new anti slip mat for soggy dog walk returns.

Loads and loads of Xmas decorations. Not bad prices. Will come back when the Xmas stuff is gone to see what their general stock is like.
