Interwood furniture's is a great service provided from start to finish, they answered all my queries, the Chicago wardrobe I ordered was delivered to me on the day it was promised. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and charming. They assembled the wardrobe very quickly and in a very professional manner. They have lovely furniture at a great price.

Do not, under any circumstances, go near this company with a bargepole. Delivered the wrong items, promised to resolve the situation, refused to take phone calls, then went into hiding

Slight delay due to broken down van, however Wardrobe arrived in timely manner. Good communication via WhatsApp. Product is brilliant and included LED lights. Believe they travelled from London to Cornwall. Delivery drivers were very kind and got product to my door. Would recommend. Beautiful furniture.

Bought a wardrobe from them. Discussed for 2 hours on WhatsApp about how I would like it to be, customised by my measurements. They delivered me a standard wardrobe and told me to cut it myself. Asked for money back, nobody replies to you afterwards, only accepts cash so you cannot ask for Refunds. Be careful.

Goes under the name Deco on ONBUY, purchased a wardrobe with estimated delivery date for 5 days later, then when no confirmed delivery, advised it hadn't been dispatched, now allow 2 weeks, as not london post code, then delay delivery postal strikes, then, my fault as I refused delivery (no I didnt) just really bad customer service and the lies and run around are infuriating. 1 motmth later and no wardrobe! Wish I read these reviews before I bought!

Order through a Facebook rep Ella Evelyn. Communication is great until there’s an issue. The cupboard had the wrong parts and didn’t fit correctly either. When I called over 20x after being told I’d get a call back in an hour there was no answer. Avoid this company at all costs. I still haven’t had a response and I will be taking it to trading standards.

Appaling. No communication or organisation. Delivered wardrobe with broken mirrors doors They promised replacement. weeks later after being fobbed of with numerous promised delivery dates they still not showed up. Being shoved round about 10 different contacts who say they will sort it then don't answer the phone. Scam company.

Not even 1 star. Scam. Do not order from them.
Both wardrobes broken missing parts. Asked for replacement and no reply. £500 lost.
Rip off. Con artists.
