Well stocked store selling lots of items for your home with a nice raised section with seasonal stock. Staff could be a little more helpful however it’s all part of the discounter experience I guess.

My first visit to The Range and I loved it. Such a good variety of things to buy from gardening equipment to household items, toys and arts and craft stuff too. Think of another B&M type of place without the food, but way, way better!

Store was untidy, craft and hobby shelves were either empty or untidy. Heard a member of staff bring rude to a member of the public who had rang ahead of visiting the store to check something was in stock. A couple of the staff were very pleasant

Love shopping here, the one downfall is the amount of items with no price on. There's only so many things you want to take to the checkout to find a price. A great variety and always busy.

I disliked this venue, cluttered and the two stores in one doesn't work in this place. The toilets they say they have isn't correct it is one disabled toilet for all and the whole area there is awful areas closed off with pallets a filth mop and bucket and appropriate sink area by the toilet. The staff don't care less about the customers prefer to walk off suggestive of doing a task. Overall a very poorly managed store with no obvious improvements to the building apparent either shabby unkept not worth a second visit.

Spent over £120 on towels and other fabrics. The checkout was filthy, covered in white powder and dirt. I asked assistant if she had a cloth but she kept piling everything on there. I eventually picked everything in another trolley and wiped surface with my sleeve. Taking several products back today as not working. Very dissatisfied won't go again.

You should give the cashier who served us yesterday some training in customer service. As well as having a face that could turn milk sour while we were paying for our items at the till I said I will take one of them to the car while he was packing the others. She said to him tell HER not to leave the shop until the transaction had gone through otherwise I would be done for shoplifting !

Nice little trip. Got myself some bargains and some bits from Iceland there. Staff were helpful
