A fantastic little shop with an array of quality items to choose from. It's always my first port of call when hunting for gifts as there's something for everyone. Exceptional customer service also and always replies to any queries very quickly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful utilitarian homeware; perfect for gifts (or for me, mostly me). I travel over an hour to visit the shop, to touch everything, smell the soap, nose at the vintage finds, and fire questions at the owner relating to furniture, interior paint schemes, wiring lights - most things you could ask a bored assistant in one of those massive faceless DIY shops where you would receive a really rubbish magnolia/cocky answer, but instead you get inspiration, tips, and a friendly-human response in House By Betty.

A fantastic range of exceptionally well chosen and sourced home wares. Quality and style are the watch words here and the shop is run by engaging and charming staff. I will be back.

I called in today, I was blown away by the shop. I had a lovely chat with the proprietress of the shop and another customer. Beautiful plants, rugs, cushion, candle holders all sorts. Reasonable prices. You have to pay for quality.
