Homebase - Sittingbourne

Recently had the pleasure of visiting the store in Sittingbourne to get some much needed paint, when I got to the store I was greeted by a member of staff who informed me of their social distancing and measures they had in place. After a short Que i was asked to enter the store asked use their hand sanitiser then the given a freshly disinfected trolley(very impressed not seen this in food) then as I went into the store I was greeted by a young lady who directed me towards the paint asking if I would follow the signage on the floor again very polite, as I went through the store there were more signs on the floor and directional arrows too, even the odd member of staff reminding the occasional customer of their distancing overall a fantastic job well done, shame other retailers cant do the same

Popped in yesterday for outdoor table for car boots found a few did not know which was best. Just want to say a big thank you to assistant Daniel for your help. He took his time in showing me how to adjust the best one . Never rushed and was so helpful 😊

Always has a great range of stock. Never been there and been disappointed. Great prices and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. Ideal for trade and DIY. Definitely recommend 👍

Turned my 17 year old son away yesterday, despite him showing his driving licence when asked for ID.
Always understaffed, not very well priced for DIYers! Use Screwfix or Toolstation for a quicker and much cheaper service!!!

Been here twice in recent weeks, very little choice and couldn't get what I needed, picked up everything I wanted from Wickes instead, that will be my first choice going forward. Shame, used to be able to get almost anything DIY here!

Music's a bit boring when the wife's pushing the trolley as i' m loading her up. Need something a bit more lively. Something to make people spend they're money.

If I could give no stars I would the staff member I dealt with was unbelievably rude and unhelpful a complete disgrace to the homebase name this experience has put me off visiting this particular establishment. I can go elsewhere away from this name an be treated with more respect and kindness as a customer

Had everything we needed, including an Amazon delivery hub. Nice staff, reasonably priced
