I bought a wine opener here and whilst paying at the till I noticed that it was damaged. The guy serving me named, Fernando said he could not do anything about it and would not give me a refund. He said that even though it was damaged in store ‘You should have checked it before buying’. He said he would not call the manager over such a small thing. This is disgusting customer service and I would not recommend this shop again.
