Picked up my lovely, shiny Civic today from Stuart Graham Honda. James could not have been more helpful. What a pleasurable experience. He was friendly, attentive & genuine. Very knowledgable about the car & took time to explain everything to me and how it all worked. Thanks also to Peter for his efficiency in sorting the paperwork. I had a really great experience on both occasions in the showroom and I am extremely satisfied with the car. Christopher guided me all the way and was superb... Professional and friendly with incredible Honda knowledge! He seemed to genuinely want to help me and even my dog liked him. My dog likes no one so this really sealed the deal for me. When my Mother’s old car gave up, we called in to Stuart Graham Honda on spec. We were met by James Gwynne who took the time to show her around a Honda Jazz. Nothing was too much trouble and he was unhurried, professional and answered all her questions. As she is well in to her 80’s there were plenty of questions about the whole process of buying a car. Whilst there wasn’t a car there to meet her needs on the day, James subsequently found a used Jazz within their wider group stock. We arranged to go back to see the car and once again James was professional, courteous and never, ever pushy.
He explained everything clearly and made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
The car is great. The service was even better.

We recently purchased a used Jazz, our first Honda car. Our contact with James Gwynne was helpful and friendly , with no pressure. We agreed terms to include a part exchange , handover etc., all went smoothly. Service team very friendly and helpful. Diagnosed the engine fault on my Honda Civic and replaced a faulty glow plug. Had to wait while as they fitted the job in, but that is to be expected. Very satisfied. Will recommend to others.

Nothing is too much trouble, everybody is friendly and helpful, especially as we're in this awful pandemic. My new Jazz is beautiful inside and out..
All my thanks to Ray Sinclair who looked after the sale and part-ex brilliantly.
