Visited today for an MOT, booked online, got a really prompt response to my query via a helpful call. Arrived early but this was no problem, staff were helpful and friendly. I chose the outdoor waiting area and had a breakfast bap and coffee whilst I waited. Overall a non nonsense, service with great customer care. It was all made easy and enjoyable! Thanks all!

Collected my new bike from here on Friday and what a great experience! From the sales executive, Sales Manager and Head of Business - all show great customer care and pride in what they do. Transparency is clearly at the forefront!

As a first time rider (only just passed my test) I was a bit nervous on collecting but my sales executive joined me on a short ride to ensure I was fully happy with the controls - really going above and beyond!

Communication was seamless and knowledge of the product was clear throughout. Definitely an experience I won't forget.

I am so happy that I found the Vertu Honda dealer. I lost hope to get a new car because a lot of dealers cannot offer me good car finance. Vertu did! Annice was so nice and she helps me a lot. Now I am owner of great Mazda 3 which i dreamed.

I can recommended the Vertu for everyone.

I came into the dealership to see what my options were on a newer civic from the one I had because of the great reliability of the cars. I was really well looked after by the great sales staff. I could not be happier with the great communication and friendliness of everyone there. It was a really special moment unveiling my new car. I’m specifically reviewing the customer service, despite technically not being a customer.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances (and some slightly off directions) I found myself semi-stranded and without my phone outside of Honda. While dealing with some pretty rough circumstances myself, the service of the staff was an absolute credit to the business, especially Steph.

The sensitivity, patience and caring I was treated with was above and beyond, by any standards, and I am still deeply grateful.

Good experience here with everything in expected quality. Glad to have Kim serviced on my purchases. Explained everything you need with her patience and knowledge especially for someone not know car very well like me. Highly recommended.

Absolute first class service, great professionalism and friendly to boot. They went over and beyond. They provided a relaxed and informative environment which made our decision-making very easy. In particular, a shout out to Sales Executive, Imran, who made the process stress-free and was a credit to Honda at every turn. He also got me hook, line and sinker when revealing the car.
