Very good dealer, just bought our next car from there.

I previously left a 5 star review. However, I now have to downgrade this following my experiences last Friday 3rd December.
I dropped my car off just before 09.00 and was told it would be ready by 14.30. As a courtesy car was not available, I decided to walk back for 14.30. (By the way, they now and charge for a courtesy car insurance!) My car wasn't ready until after 16.00. So it took 7 hours to do an oil and filter change plus an MOT. To be fair, the customer service rep said they only had 1 mechanic as the other was off sick.

My other issue is cost, a check over and an oil and filter change for £200! They did reduce the MOT cost to £45 as both were done at the same time over the 7 hours!

I don't doubt their knowledge or quality of the work done or the politeness of their staff, but this experience has really put me off. On a happier note, I did get to walk over 8.5 miles that day waiting for the work to be done! 🤔

Excellent customer service from the sales team - Haven't dealt with the after care or service department yet but going on first impressions and observations all looks very positive. Clean, well ventilated show room and seating area with hand sanitiser and social distance markings on floor.

As always, the experience was totally positive. The job was done to a high standard at a very reasonable price and the Service staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. They are the best at what they do, in every way.

Excellent service, had our car for a week very pleased with the service we got ,did what they said they were going to do , Michael the salesman was very helpful and not pushy , definitely recommend
