Thank you to Robin for making it a very easy process. From the start I said I was just looking and wanted to test drive and he did not treat me like a time waster at all.

I came down decided I liked the drive of the car and asked for him to keep a look out. Most dealerships just ignored me and did not even put me on their system.

Robin at Yeoman's Honda Guildford was the only salesman who kept me in the loop and sent me cars.

Hence why I have now bought this lovely Civic. Thanks again Robin and if anyone wants a Honda Ill recommend them to go to you!

REAL ! Aftercare CUSTOMER SERVICE ☆☆☆☆☆
After recently deciding / researching to upgrade to a newer more economical car I purchased a 20 reg Honda Civic i-DTEC Diesel EX, Great (True) Economy Car, Specification & Value for Money. 525-575 miles per 40 Litres of Fuel, Real Tested 60-65 mpg avg. The vehicle wasn't purchased from Yeomans Guildford as they didn't have one available at the time unfortunately. However, as per usual I travelled quarter of the country to purchase one with 1.5 Years of Manufacturers Warranty left. After owning the vehicle for a few months I noticed a few minor issues with it and one quite major, the Stop Start sytem did not function. The vehicle was coming up for its 2nd year service so I thought I would get it all looked at, at the same time. I phoned a few dealers near and some further afield. However, after a number of calls later. My first interaction with Yeomans Honda Guildford Service was with Graham, The Aftersales Manager, A very knowledgeable and customer focussed person, which thankfully is the ethos employed across all aspects of the service here @Yeomans Guildford. Initially, this was over the phone, had a chat about my vehicle and he quoted, booked it in for a 2nd Year Service & Investigation. After a few months the vehicle went in for its 2nd Service and Investigation. Upon arrival I met Steven, Steve Front of House Service Manager, a Extremely Helpful and Customer Focussed member of Staff who I continued to have the pleasure of dealing with throughout my Service Experience. My vehicles service was all completed as stated and slightly under the quoted price given, which is always nice too 😊. The main vehicle Battery had been replaced under warranty however due to time restrictions they did state it may not fix the problem, however if I had any further issues, Steve stated, do not hesitate to call him to re-book for further investigation, repair. After a few weeks of driving the vehicle it was clear this had not fixed the car and after another call to Steve this was re-booked in for another time at my convenience. Anyway, to cut a slightly longer story short, Daniel, Top Tech at the garage fixed the problem, more parts were needed all under warranty and my other few minor niggles, faults were also attended to with no bother aswell.
AFTER SERVICE wise I CANNOT rate this Garage highly enough, the Sales side i'am yet to experience.
I have NEVER rated Service at a garage 5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆ and I've been to ALOT of Garages and Makes, Brands over the years. GRAHAM, STEVE, DANIEL and i'am quite sure others too, are ABSOLUTE assets to this Company, if other Vehicle / Garage Companies want to get their Aftercare Service upto scratch and actually retain customers, learn from these guys. Absolutely Superb 💯%. I'am very much looking forward to many years of enjoyable, reliable, economical Honda driving and Service from my Honda and YEOMANS HONDA GUILDFORD, VERY VERY WELL DONE 👏🤝☆☆☆☆☆

Never owned a Honda before and really pleased with my purchase from Yeoman’s. Gary ensured a smooth transaction, knowledgeable and efficient purchase. I’m especially pleased by post purchase service as normally the customer is forgotten after money is exchanged, here I was remembered by name and nothing appeared too much trouble, really impressive! We had an issue with our car while driving on a long journey, on the complete off-chance we called Yeomans Guildford in case they could help at all as they were the nearest Honda dealer. They were more than happy to accommodate us at short notice, got the car sorted and we were back on the road an hour later, and they didn't even charge us for their time and effort! Very grateful for the friendly and helpful service.

Customer service here is absolutely impeccable. I bought my first car from here 5 years ago and would never buy from another manufacturer. Their approach, support and even their repair service get 5 stars from me all round. I have recommended them to family and friends!

Not often I get treated so well I want to leave a really positive review, but in this case I was treated exceptionally well by Yeomans Honda Guildford.

I was treated like a real human being, my sales person was Sherine Adams. She has a wicked sense of humour, treats you with respect,was a joy to deal with, and in my 4 or 5 visits there, no one in the entire dealership has failed to do exactly what they told me they were going to do, and in the time frame they told me, although in fact I was somewhat chuffed when my new Civic turned up about a week and a half earlier than expected. I got an extremely good deal on my part exchange, probably FAR too good to advertise on here...... I got a full tank to drive off with and some new rubber mats, a proper handover, and encouraged to ask any questions I might have had.

This is the 2nd Honda Civic I have bought from Yeomans Honda Guildford, and will DEFINITELY BE BACK when it comes time to replace my car. I know this all sounds too good to be true but I am a genuine customer, and not being paid to say nice things about them, oh and the hot chocolate is really nice too, if you're waiting.
