It's a good place to stay indoors for a few hours but it's just a little rest as I am flying out tomorrow evening for South Africa 🌍

My husband been admitted in that place, they discharge him saying nothings wrong with him,now he is having hyper again and saying things not right,i spoke with one of the Doctors and told him my concern about my husband but then he told my husband about my concern and then they discharge my husband, now I dont know on what to do with my husband because he believe that nothing is wrong with him because he said that what the doctors told him,now my husband is very hyper not sleeping showing anti social behavior towards others, then he is fine but next minute he is angry and shouting and talking about things that is not normal, how will I help him when the doctors are not helping him,he is getting aggressive at times, pacing up and down,I cant do anything but cry because he is a big man and I am on my own,he needs help.

Would like to given minus rating to reflect this so called award winning unit extremely bad attitude in refusing care towards a patient referred to this
Publically fund shambolic excuse for a mental health unit.

The hospital is more like a prison . If you have a relative in there in my case my daughter the communications is poor at best. The management there have no control several times my daughter who suffers from autism and high anxiety as been verbally abused by a certain cleaner who seems to solely go out to upset my daughter and even though we asked for the cleaner not to have any contact with my daughter and they said it wouldn’t ,it as happened again.I am actually taking this issue to the press as I think this would be the only way action would be taken.Avoid this place at all costs.

Spent 3 weeks in Heddfan due to inconveniencing staff in a homeless hostel I was staying at. Would constantly ring my psychiatrist saying i'm on one again because of sensory overload from the hinged fire doors (why these exist in a building housing autistics is beyond me) and had them constantly say ''we aren't slamming the doors on purpose'' even though i'd consistently ask for effortless accommodations to be made. Had multiple items stolen from me whilst there and supposed to be safe, at reception and also in the locker (CBD oil). Staff are dodgy, ablest, and pro druggist for any sort of distress and malaise. There were a few nice staff albeit still brainwashed. Had most my supplements confiscated, and pathologised. Instead of helping people, this just traumatises, dehumanises, and ostracises people and destroys lives. It's ruined mine. I don't feel joy anymore, my executive dysfunction from childhood forced ritalin use is even worse, I can't motivate myself, my metabolism is screwed up. All to attenuate the annoyance and paranoia I caused others.

Both childhood ritalin depleting dopamine then CNS and metabolic destroying neuroleptics, its really ruined my quality of life. But I have to tough it out to avoid rebirth into a worse life. So thats dignitas out the window. You're monsters honestly. Chances are all I experienced and continue to is encephilitis and endocrine issues. Psychiatry is a pseudoscience

It was OK, Certin staff need reporting for unprofessional 'care' . Favoritism is rife. It's a shame.
