I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Friendly, helpful staff.
A lovely, spacious double room, clean, comfortable, high quality facilities.
A large bath, with shower ...
Shower gel, shampoo, bath soak included.
A large flat screen TV, comfortable bed.
Warm, quiet room.
Breakfast is available if You inform the staff when booking or arrival.
Very satisfied, I recommend and would book again 👌

We stayed for 2 nights 23/24th March and had a lovely couple of nights. Comfortable, clean room and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and hospitality was very good. Breakfast was great just enough, evening meal was good although a limited menu at the time of our stay but this didn't take anything away from the quality of the food Looking forward to returning soon.

Hot tap sadly did not work in room.
Shower took lot of adjustment and turning on/off to work. Would not stay at good temperature and got very hot at one stage.
Floor held down with blue tack around shower.
Breakfast was nice but concerned when asked about vegetarian was told they needed to be told in advance. Maybe asking when we arrived might help especially as payed same price for both breakfast.
Evening meal was very nice. Again no mention of Vegetarian option other than a Panini.
Overall needs room needs a bit of TLC.
Vegetarian options need looking at as bit 1970s in there response.
It's nearly there but needs some adjustments.

Met our son there for lunch and he said what a good place it was to stay. As for lunch it was presented excellently the waiter was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was to much bother. The prices were better than some similar hotels etc. When he is in this area again he said he would use the Andel again.

Great comfortable hotel with all you need for a visit to this area. Bedroom nice with very good bed and linen. Breakfast was also very good. The bar was well stocked and nice friendly staff.

Great location as a base for touring around Norfolk. Staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice room, very comfy bed and linen. Great breakfast. Small but well stocked bar. Would defo recommend especially at the price we paid.

Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay to the point we checked out a day earlier!
Sad tired paper thin wall room. No hot water in the morning, didn’t know we had to switch it on before hand. Painted toilet seat, old looking bedding. Locks on door very stiff and wouldn’t turn unless forced! Same with our neighbour next door who was banging his door to get in which woke us all up!
Has a couple of encounters with the long tailed fury kind, outside, but still very off putting!
The breakfast was tasteless, with the colour of the scrambled eggs (very pale), from caged hens I feel, cheap orange juice and bread. For the price we paid £210 for two nights, I think they could update the rooms and use better quality ingredients.
The reception lady on arrival was lovely though.
After complaining to a senior staff member who at first was quite salty did give a refund for the night we didn’t stay.

Attended a wedding at the hotel. The food was delicious, the staff were young but very efficient. The resident DJ kept us dancing all night. Lovely gardens too. Great place for a wedding reception.
