To start off with I must say the staff and management at this hotel are very receptive and helpful and worked very hard to help us solve our problems. The customer service at this hotel must be commended. However, this hotel has some major issues that cannot go unnoticed. First off, the executive lounge at this hotel is quite literally a scam. On the hotel's website the lounge claims to be an actual space within the hotel to relax in that has panoramic views of the city. This is not the case at all as the "executive lounge" is just a restaurant and the only perk of having lounge access is that you get free drinks and breakfast. Also the air conditioning for he most part at this hotel does not work and the hotel staff don't have the information to know if it even works in your specific room leaving you often stranded with unknown information regarding this. For a high end hotel in London not having air conditioning in the summer is pretty unacceptable, especially when the hotel's website claims to have air conditioning. Lastly, the rooms at this hotel are far worse than what the website makes them out to look like. Very small and crammed spaces especially the bathrooms and much worse in quality than what they are displayed like on the website. Overall, the customer service is great at this place but the other major problems cannot be ignored. Would not recommend staying at this place.

I have stayed several times in this hotel and my general opinion is that it has a good standard ; but some things have changed with years and not for the best.
The main positive thing is the staff who is very kind and attentive, especially in the bar.
The quality of the room is what you can expect for this kind of hotel : confortable, clean , impersonal, functional. Bedding is good.
I had made a reservation for an executive room, as usual. In my previous stay , you got acces to the executive lounge , which was a private salon , on the top floor , nice view, very quiet, with complimentary drinks throughout the day and a little buffet around 6pm. They have closed this salon and you get the same service , but at the bar. It is ok, the staff is charming, the food at the little buffet is very nice. But it doesn’t feel the same.
They also have closed the pool , though the covid situation doesn’t require it anymore.
I also miss the doorman in his beautiful red coat and the beautifully decorated reception area. They have redecorated in a pale sad colourless IKEA style. Really a pity.
The hotel is a little outside the center but a very good point is that you are 1 min walk from a very convenient bus stop, with plenty of very useful busses, and 7 minutes walk from two tube stations.

overall it was a good stay. there were 3 of us as a family. excellent location within walking distance to the parks and shopping centre. staffs were friendly. we could leave our bags for free when we went to Europe. service was good. they called the taxi and carried our luggages efficiently. there were ready smiles to greet us . the rooms were clean albeit small which was expected in London. Would come again.

I stayed at the London Marriott Hotel Marble Arch in October, traveling from the US, and it was simply fantastic from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean, and had so many thoughtful little touches that made my trip so much easier: a US electric socket and multiple USB charging ports; a sturdy umbrella when my travel umbrella broke on a blustery day; bottles of water to take while traveling. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were so accommodating - you could stop by the ground-floor cafe for water, coffee, or tea whenever you liked, for free. The front desk, cafe, and housekeeping staff really went above and beyond. The location also can’t be beat! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Good hotel for business trips. The breakfast was very good and had loads of options (including halal). Front of house staff very polite and accomodating, this was the most in impressive part of the stay.

The rooms were in need of some slight redecorating but overall it was clean and comfortable.

The view from the top floor (12) is outstanding so I'd recommend requesting this if possible. Great transport links and close to Hyde Park and a multitude of restaurants and bars. Quite a busy noisy main road but the hotel is set far enough back so you don't notice it in the rooms. The major downside is that the Aircon is too powerful even at the lowest setting, and is very noisy. You're best with it off completely, it's very old and needs to be replaced. Also room 1201 is directly underneath a loud fan on the roof which will keep you awake at night.

I stayed in this hotel on 16th of December with my family for one night for which I paid 420£ and my credit statement shows that they charged my extra 50£ which I do not know what for. The room was cold. My daughters kept shivering all night and when I told them that there is no heating in room. They sent one blanket for four of us. Room and the attached toilet was small as compared what rest of hotels offer at this rate to family. I wasn’t very pleased with my stay especially when my family suffered and got sick. I asked them to change room and they sent only one blanket. That was their service. They don’t have any valet service. Their ramp to parking in and out is too narrow and curved that I almost scratch my car.

Very nice place to stay. The guys who serve the food in the restaurant are so so nice and good at their job!! Also nice location fairly near the tube station (about 6 minute walk) but of course there's bus stations everywhere.

Expected more from a Marriott. The service seemed to lack that little bit of extra that make a good hotel great. Had a few issues with room service and the quality of the food wasn't all that exciting. The room and bed were comfortable enough.
