Highgate House Hotel

Absolutley beautiful hotel. Incredibly helpful, friendly staff, food was beautiful. I really couldn't fault anything, perhaps 1 teeny thing, the rooms could do with an update but they were clean and comfortable

We booked this way back before COVID was a thing as a GROUPON deal. Twice had to cancel due to rule changes. Throughout the process, Rosie was brilliant at keeping us informed and flexible with booking. Glad she was! We finally got to go last night and what a great. Staff all very welcoming, efficient friendly, room warm and clean. The food at evening meal and breakfast was exceptional. Good portions, extremely tasty and refined and wide choice. The whole experience from booking to leaving was smooth, friendly and very enjoyable. We loved it and would definitely go again.

Private lunch in the library. The variety of menu choice suited all my guests, the food was plentiful and flavoursome. We stayed the night in the main house, the room was well appointed, quality bedding and very comfortable. Enjoyed a full english breakfast before checking out

Stayed at Highgate House in one of the dog friendly rooms for a weekend break. The staff were excellent and the room was lovely with it's own private garden for our dog to enjoy. The dog welcome pack was a really nice touch and went down a treat with the pooch! We all look forward to staying again.

Looks nothing like the images on booking.com and the room (better rooms) are dated and more basic than a premier inn.
Bathroom is mouldy and even more dated.
Very much like military accommodation.
Staff are helpful and freindly though but venue is very odd. The room was also prety cold.

Just sold their soul to the poor population by housing 400 ILLEGAL MALE MIGRANTS. They deserve no visitors after this.

This hotel is going to house migrants.. hard luck if you’ve a wedding booked here.
