Premier Inn Yeovil Airfield hotel

Clean and tidy rooms. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful.
It was a bit too warm for us, however the beds were soft and comfortable.

After a mild miunderstanding on my part the receptionist offered some of her own supply of milk for our 2 year old even after I said it was no problem! And offered to store our milk in their fridge 👍👍

I stayed for 2 nights with 2 young children. I booked a family room - double bed, single and a Camp bed and still some space in the room.
We recieved a warm and friendly welcome and check in was easy. The room was clean and tidy; no air con but there was a fan. Due to being on the ground floor I felt I needed to shut the window at night so it was warm but not unbearable.
The hotel was pretty quiet and there was hardly any outside noise, however the floorboards were VERY creaky.
On the 1st morning (of a 2night stay) I asked for one of the bedding to be changed, it was absolutely no problem at all as was done while we were out, and the towels were changed too.
There is free WiFi, its not brilliant.
Pub across the car park was nice enough, we added breakfast as it was a good deal where children eat for free.
The only negative would be that the tea/coffee was replenished and the mugs weren't cleaned, given that its a 2 night stay i would expect this.
Otherwise a great hotel, lovely friendly staff; I would definitely stay again.

Location superb for our need to attend funeral at crematorium. Reception staff superb. No automatic room service, you had to ask for it, definitely a big step backwards. Room comfortable, but sadly this location not a hotel in the group with air-conditioning.

Room was average at best.
Shower did not work at all.
Receptionist on arrival very cheerful.
If you're going to Yeovil It's convenient but like all Premier Inns they lack investment and look tired. Sealant and white paint are the go to.
The ads are not a true representation tbh.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to enable guests to check in early to get ready for a nearby wedding. Thanks for the lovely service!

Staff were really friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a good stay. Room was clean and well presented. Surrounding's were adequate with a restaurant and pub near by as well as a Super Market all in walking distance.

Hallways were quiet and rooms from other guests were separated and insulated which minimalised noise too. Which was great for us with kids and over the New Year. Great sleep and comfy bed too.

Reception and restaurant staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home.

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Pub next door for takeaway or eat in. Close to ASDA. Retail park about 1mile or so away.
