Where do I start?!!
Greeted at reception by a friendly smiling face and the check in was an easy thing to do.
They very kindly gave me a bottle of Prosecco as it was my wedding the next night.
The room was spotless and the beds were very VERY comfortable (If they were Hypnos beds then that's great because that's who I work for!!)
I would recommend coming here again as it's in a very good location and the staff, rooms and the fact the Langton Inn is next door is absolutely ideal

Rooms are OK, not the best Premier Inn but OK. Here for 5 days and the rooms did not get cleaned, towels changed or tea and coffee replenished. Restaurant is very tired and the food is well below what is expected. When we originally arrived we were asked if we had booked a table which we hadn't, the waiter looked at his plan huffed and puffed and said he could just fit us in, at that time there were 6 people in total sitting and when we left 2 hours later at 9pm there were 8, we got the impression he wanted a quiet evening. I ordered a ham ploughman's which arrived with a tiny amount of wilted lettuce, 2 slices of white bread (not rolls as advertised), 2 small tomatoes, 3 slices of processed ham, a small amount of pickle and they filled the rest of the plate up with salted crisps. When I spoke to the waiter he said that the plate was too small so he couldn't fit the cucumber or any more salad on it, although he did say he would go and get me another small bowl of salad which I declined, I know what happens to food in most kitchens when you complain. In the morning we had booked the continental breakfast but by the time we arrived the pastries had all gone. I accept that this is a Premier Inn and not the Hilton but we have stayed in many of these hotels around the country and this is the worst so far.

Everything about this Travelodge was excellent. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the young receptionist who,s name I think eas Anna. Extreemly polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean, the mattress on the bed Extreemly comfortable. In the morning we stayed for a wonderfully well cooked breakfast great value and again the staff were first class.Everyone made us feel very welcome and for me scored 10/10

Good size room for the family room, only downside was that the bed creaked a lot so was noisy, still comfortable though. The breakfast team were great, they make the hot breakfast fresh which means it's a little slower than other premier inns but on our last day when I advised we were on a bit of a hurry they were very accommodating and rushed through it order. The upside of course of that the fresh breakfast was nicer.

Really poor dining experience. No vegan options 'but I could pay the same price for the nachos without any of the vegan chilli, cheese or coleslaw'. Well, thanks, how generous...
