Barton Manor Hotel

Me and my wife stayed here for a few nights after our wedding. We loved every minute of it. We originally planned to have a meal out, but ended up eating all our meals there as we loved both the food and the service. And the prices were really reasonable. We had a spa day booked which was fantastic, the staff were lovely and so were the treatments. One girl called Holly served us a couple of times, and she was very helpful. The leisure facilities were also very nice and clean.
Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed staying there. The grounds were beautiful with a variety of places to sit. Also, the overall look and feel of the hotel is very grand.
This was just what we needed after our wedding for a little break. We highly rate this place and recommend you stay here.

Fantastic wedding evening I was invited as a guest it was a beautiful disco lovely big round tables lovely dance area buffet was bacon buns yummy n chips with scampi. Then cake for later. Staff were really nice couldn't do enough for you, very lovely wedding.😊👍

The rooms are tiny and very old, brown wooden units, no air con, they get very hot. Food wise, I had fish and chips, followed by Apple crumble, an custard. It was very nice £3 for a can of red bull, ouch...

The hotel, staff, leisure facilities, restaurant all amazing. Staff are so friendly yet professional. Our bedroom 202 was spotless and spacious with a lovely comfortable king size bed. Large window and nice seating area. The only negative the pool is in need of the tiles cleaning especially on steps and around perimeter of pool. The sauna and steam room were great with heated beds by the pool. Great hair drying area after the use of pool.

Husband booked a suprise anniversary weekend here. Needed to relax, and it worked a treat. Had a massage which was perfect. Used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna ( a first for me as I usually shy away)..was very quiet and most of the time had it to ourselves so was great.
Breakfast- standard buffet...nothing to complain about...staff very pleasant and attentive
Dinner- had a 2 course meal included and couldn't fault either night.

We were in room 22 I think which was in a small cottage/ house style unit in the car park, away from hotel.. some may have complained but this was perfect...felt more special.

Very comfortable and well appointed hotel., with safe parking. Well thought out rooms with good amenities. Dinner in the Walled Garden Restaurant was delicious and the service was fantastic!
Breakfast slightly disappointing-had to get up several times as no coffee, no pastries, no jams . The hot food as a vegetarian was very disappointing-the scrambled egg was inedible. However … once I got coffee, pastries and jams it was all good quality and tasty, so I still felt 5 stars was relevant!
Sadly didn’t have time to check out the swimming pool and spa.

The swimming pool was great and most occasions had it to ourselves. Gym equipment was pretty good also.
Only thing that was a let down was the room decor. It's outdated. Also, room did not have air con so was really warm and had to keep the windows open. Hotel definitely needs the basin taps upgraded as currently are separate so a pain to get the right water temp when washing up.

Stayed here for our anniversary. We stayed in an executive room (3) The room was smaller than expected, and the feature wall decor was unusual as it resembled blood stains.
The Walled Garden restaurant was fabulous. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

We would visit again but would not stay in the same room.
