The staff were amazing. The room was perfect. Lovely and clean. The bed really comfortable. The meals were really nice. We stayed for 1 month and worked our way through the menu with no complaints. The Sunday carvery was exceptionally delicious. Melodie and her team ran a perfect hotel and made us feel part of the family with lots of laughs and friendliness. From behind the bar the housekeepers and chefs and the regular customers made our stay even better than expected. Nothing is to much trouble for any staff member at the raven. I most certainly would stay there again and again. Thank you for making my holiday even better.

Needs a refurb. Paper thin pillows and weren't aware we had to share showers and toilets with other guests. I've stopped in much worse but a better mattress would be nice as I could feel every spring in my back. Would help if the latch would work on our room door also. Nice drinking area, lovely staff and breakfast though just to end on a good point

All the staff were so attentive, very friendly, we had a lot of relatives staying at the same time, all enjoyed our stay. I was getting married from there and the staff were brilliant! They made us feel so special. Also the food was gorgeous. Thankyou for looking after us 🙂

Went for a show in their room next door. The place was spotless and clean along with the toilets. Really friendly and polite staff. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely go there again. Great prices and drink selection. Cheers

Went to a 60th birthday ,Amazing place food was so good .even down to chocolate fountain and the mist wonderful cheese selection even. Great night of dancing couldn't fault anything .

Great to have a choice of 3 sizes of plates for the Sunday carvery. Now mum can get the smallest, I can get the Largest... And the table gets less gravy 🤔it doesn't completely go without, but mum keeps her area spotless still 😇

I would say that the good times are gone. It has been a bad stay in a dirty and noisy room. I was looking forward to the breakfast but there was only cheese available - no joke- with a big later of mould. When I claimed that, the lady just smashed the content of a new plastic package on a plate and said "Here you are". Absolutly inacceptable.

Went as a big party to celebrate a family members life,food was amazing staff were so attentive and went above and beyond,special thanks to Melodie c and Melodie n ,made sure everything was perfect for us,and it as,will be back soon to book a room,thank you girlss,your amazing.
