Friendly and very professional staff throughout our family stay! Had a personalised letter in the room notifying us of our cleaners name and thanking us for our visit. The room was spotless! Money well spent and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you Premier Inn staff for all you did!

Rooms a bit dated but first time I've managed to actually get some sleep in a premier inn. Pub at side did not serve food but luckily there is a pub 2 mins walk just over road. Also the fan supplied was too noisy to sleep with.

If you've stayed in a Premier Inn, you know what to expect. Comfy bed and no frills. Not having breakfast, but would assume this is the same as at any other Premier Inn.

Follow the signs not Google Maps into the car park, as GM takes to a house behind the car park.

Typical Premier Inn - comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast in the adjacent Roebuck Inn. We also had an evening meal in the Roebuck, which was awful. Nothing to do with Premier Inn but needs to be said.

Staff were fantastic especially Tam who spoke to our kids everyday about what they had done or were going to do. Rooms were clean staff were great. Only reason i didnt give a 5 star was its very outdated and needs a total overhaul.

Unfortunately this premier Inn is far from the usual standard, we had 3 rooms booked.
Positives: comfortable beds, clean and polite helpful staff.
Negatives : Rooms are out dated, Hot,,no air con, you have to sleep with windows open consequently you'll be woken by traffic noise.
Bathroom extractor fan is so loud!Cracked tiles.
The family room smelt musky and damp when asked to change rooms were told it wasn't possible and given an aeresol airfreshner and asked to return it!
Breakfast was poor, we had spent time requesting and booking a table however clear this hadn't been communicated to the morning staff,
No cooked option apparently the gas wasn't working...previos reviews make reference to no cooked option, we did wonder if it was due to no chef.
Continental breakfast was poor, no skimmed milk, inadequate toaster resulting in
a ling wait and queues.
Coffee poor standard.
Definitely would recommend staying here again.

Premier Inns are pretty much the same wherever you go but what makes a difference is the customer service you receive.
We arrived late in the evening as we were travelling. Dejay was on reception. He quickly booked in and was extremely helpful and friendly.
Anne was equally so in the morning and had time to have some polite chit chat with us before we went on our way. Makes all the difference.

Although not the most up to date Premier Inn, this was more than made up for by the fantastic staff.

Not only did they look after my elderly mother with care and attention, they also sent back my wedding ring which I had lost in the room with no fuss.

Sadly I didn't catch the name of either of the reception team of either the evening of Thu 8th or the morning of Fri 8th, but if my best wishes could be sent to them it would be most appreciated.
