Eccleston Square Hotel

A wonderful location. Small but perfectly equipped rooms.
Friendly staff. Powerful showers & stylish decor.
Superbly efficient but quiet air conditioning.
Extremely comfortable bed... but would have liked a feather pillow.

Very modern, very comfy beds but rooms a bit small. Smart windows (that tint automatically) & smart curtains made it a fun stay.

Breakfast is probably better at a pub nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Eccleston Square Hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all of our requests. The hotel was spotless. The hotel is very high tech, lots of bells and whistles. Also, the hotel was in a great location, plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.

I had a reservation for 2 nights. The first day, the hot water in the shower didn't work. I alerted the staff who went and fixed it quickly. Next morning, I was surprised when the hot water still didn't work. I called the reception and they sent someone to check on it, this person could only confirm that it wasn't working and left giving me no solution. I had to take a frozen shower for the second day in a row.
Later during my check out I got to speak with the manager and I asked for a refund. The answer was positive but I still have neither news from the hotel nor answer to my emails.
I would certainly NOT recommend this hotel, the attention received does not correspond to the price paid.

Great location close to major transportation hub and decent restaurants. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Major negatives centre on the tiny rooms and high price. Typical London Hotel where the actual room is substandard and over priced but you pay because of its location. I will search for another alternative when I visit London again.

No complaints at all. Easy to check in & out, good room and a great location with good restaurants close by. Eccleston Sq has a wonderful garden, even in November !

This is a most stylish property, with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The designers have shown great taste and the property offers a wonderful atmosphere as a result.

While rooms were perfectly appointed, they did not offer a good opportunity to get work done, which sadly is important to me.

Still, if you don't mind the cost, the hotel will offer a great location, wonderful environment and fantastic staff to make for an amazing vacation!

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel, perfect location and very comfortable room! We will definitely be back next year! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, thank you Ali for your amazing hospitality!
