5 star review. It's a true 4 star hotel. The managment was accomidating and friendly. Check-in, quick and easy. Great hospitality, thank you. The location is fantastic. The rooms were clean and modern. Housekeeping was attentive to all needs/requests. I can not find a single thing to complain about. The gym is underwhelming but sufficient to to get a light workout in. Thank you for having us.

A very nice and clean hotel. All the staff we encountered were very professional and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite for free which was a definite bonus. Breakfast made to order with plenty to choose from. Minor niggles were that the room was quite cold and I wasn't a fan of the duvets/pillows but I guess that's more to do with personal taste. Overall, a very good experience.

A really great weekend stay at the Apex.
All staff were very polite and welcoming, the room was very comfortable with a large shower so perfect for a couple. It was a very quiet location so we enjoyed a good night sleep, plus it's only a short walk to the nearest Subway. The breakfast was fantastic quality and great value if you're a hotel guest.
The only thing I would mention is despite there being plenty of herbal tea options in the room it was missing green tea (though I'm sure if I'd ask I would have been given some).
Overall, a really pleasant experience at the Apex and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic hotel situated in a quiet location, not far from Liverpool Street Station. Immaculately clean and very well equipped rooms. Luxurious feel to the room with high quality furnishings and finishes. Friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Warm and Clean Bedroom Space - Nice Bathroom Facilities - Staff Helpful however some additional extras purchased had not been provided - Hotel did recompansate. Nice breakfasts but I'd say the deal for paying guests could be made cheaper. gym facilities on site and resteraunt. Nice central location good tube connections. Television was not a smart TV as I was travelling with my daughter this would of helped entertain better at night.
I personally would stay again in the near future.

The entrance was plush, the welcome from the reception was polite, warm, helpful & enthusiastic. The room was spacious, modern and plush. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom, large shower and a room bath. Dining area and bar warm atmosphere, decent quality food, overall a very enjoyable stay, will come again.

I booked this hotel fairly last minute, pleasantly surprised at the pricing and I was very close to my job. Easy to get to from moorgate too.
The hotel staff were very pleasant and informative. I arrived late and they were efficient as I was craving sleep! The room was clean and tidy, the usual small London room but I did book a basic room. I'd recommend especially for a business trip.

Marvellous stay. Spent a night there on a mother/daughter trip to celebrate my birthday together a couple of weeks after it. Due to the UK rail strike, we arrived in a rush and wanted to check in promptly because we had a reservation in a place nearby we did not want to loose. We were welcomed with a smile by a lovely lady, offered a beautiful upgrade in a deluxe room and even got a Happy Birthday plate in the room, way to change one’s mood. Everything was perfect (love the Antipodes products) maybe soundproofing can be better because at night we heard a very mad lady outside of the hotel restaurant for quite some time, but other than that really perfect in a quiet, secure neighbourhood and very well connected by tube (Bank, Moorgate, Liverpool street). Will definitely go back for a personal stay but also a work related one.
