Really upset with 2 major things.
Room is lovely and comfortable. I am in it right now, however. My Daughter specifically booked this room back in February for my Birthday.

My Daughter got a message this morning from Booking.com warning us that the Ramada Lifts are Out of Order. She messaged them back to reiterate that she had booked a Fully Disabled Room for her Mum (Me), as I was using a Mobility Scooter and carrying Oxygen.
They replied, assuring us that as we had booked a Disabled Room we would be on the Ground Floor.
However, they have allocated us a room on the first floor and one of their two lifts is still broken. The one we used, grinded and scraped all the way up. Terrifying!

We have driven from Liverpool to London to stay here for this one night.
She purposely specified a Disabled Room for Me.
Now I can't get in the shower. It's not a Disabled Friendly Bathroom.

Second Upset tonight is when we drove in, we turned to the right for the Disabled Parking. There are three bays right outside the main Entrance.
All three of them are now occupied by three vans, none of which are displaying any Blue Badges for the Disabled.
Ramada, this is a Disgrace on you for not policing your Disabled Bays. These three vans belong to the same company and we have photographed them.

We intend complaining to the General Manager in the morning and then to Head Office when we return home. Disgraceful.

Receptionist just palmed us off telling us to email head office and complain to the manager in the morning. She did nothing!

Never in my years of existing have I encountered a hotel where the minute you walk out of the room, your card no longer works and must re-set. Mould happily growing in size on the window sill and air con that hasn’t been maintained for God knows how many years. The positive in all of this is helpfulness of the hotel staff, but I think even they became tired of the whole thing. I think what this hotel needs is a good maintenance crew.

Like most other people have said, the rooms are pretty basic, but reasonably clean. Only one socket in each room, which isn't next to the bed. On the ground floor the windows didn't open which made the room feel a bit stuffy. Aircon doesn't really work. But for the money it's kind of what you expect.

What I would like to say is that the staff are exceptional - super helpful and polite. They can't do enough for you.

This was absolute trash. Got our first room key and and when we walked in the room, it was occupied! Someone was literally living in the room. We went back to reception and got another room key, went into the new room and when we walked in it stank. Guess what? The toilet was leaking. We went back to reception AGAIN and they told us they were OVERBOOKED and had no rooms left. They said that the best they could do was send someone round with an air freshener. We ended up leaving and getting a refund then going to a Holiday Inn which was so much better. Please never go to one of these hotels they overbook their rooms like cheap airlines and will quite happily put you in a room with a bathroom covered in sewage and oh so kindly offer you some air freshener to solve the problem.

I visited Ramada last week with my wife and it was good experience to stay with Ramada staff is excellent they were very friendly and helpful.
specially Mr Pavlin as a manager was excellent and sort out our little small issues straightaway with speedy response. Also rooms are very clean and comfortable. To be fair it needs updating , Good value for money .

This is a very basic hotel. Beds are comfy. The staff are really nice which is why I bumped it from 3 to 4 but please take notice before you book here:
-it is VERY DIFFICULT to get an Uber to and from this hotel. It’s in the middle of a highway and awkward position so no one wants to go here. Me and other guests were waiting over an hour for a ride one morning
- it is not walkable to anything
- there’s only 2 electrical plugs in the room none in the bathroom and none by the beds
-lighting is terrible in the room

But again the beds were comfy and the staff were super nice and the Starbucks and restaurant downstairs were good.

I wouldn’t stay again considering how difficult it is to get to and from the hotel but it’s good for a one night stop in your car commuting stay

The room was nice, but I never got fresh towels or had the bed made in 3 nights. But the restaurant was awful! Every member of staff were wearing coats because it was so cold. DO NOT ORDER THE PIZZA! The base was nice but it was smothered in, what I can only describe as tomato soup, and the cheese was the cheep already grated in a bag plastic horrible stuff and pepperoni. That was literally all that was on it, no onions,
no mushrooms, no peppers. Just soup cheap cheese and pepperoni. Truly bad

Room was clean and location was good for what we needed. However, the smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors was horrible despite being non smoking rooms. One of the lifts was not working, and a staff member openly told us it hadn't been for 5 years. We could hear the lift moving from our room, very loud noise. We also had a member of the cleaning staff walk into our room unannounced in the morning, which was obviously a mistake of the hotel thinking the room was empty. When we complained, the best they could do was apologise. Would not recommend or stay there again.
