Premier Inn Southampton Airport hotel

Great location, just a couple of hundred yards from the airport and train station. Easy, self-service check-in. Unfortunately a few problems with the room ......took 2 people to get the heating regulated, no toilet paper and TV was set at a level which my husband could not hear and there were no subtitles. The restaurant was expensive and lacked atmosphere, only opening for breakfast and dinner. The bar again lacked atmosphere but was reasonably priced. Staff, overall, were friendly and attentive.

Very clean, efficient, staff friendly and helpful.
Bed super comfy. Dinner and breakfast choices were fantastic, food fresh and hot. Parking well priced and loved the airport being opposite, was lovely to see a few planes take off.

I really want 2.5 stars to be an option but..hey ho!

One guy waiting all the dinner tables..he was really lovely but run ragged

Five of us ordered starters and mains and three out of those ten items weren't available..unbelievable

One starter came still frozen..properly frozen, not partly

The waiter explained they were very short staffed but that wasn't actually our fault!

If we hadn't already sat down and ordered drinks we would have eaten elsewhere

We voted with our feet and had breakfast in town

Basic to good. Could have had a hand towel each and more than two sachets of coffee but that’s not picking.
It was clean and tidy, comfortable and once you’ve mastered the heating control as walk or cool as you wanted it.
Lovely lady on breakfast, enjoyed a bit of banter and breakfast it’s self was what ever you wanted make of it.

Very clean, comfy rooms. Staff were good on/off depending on how busy they were. Biggest issue is the restaurant, food takes ages to come. Every night the same thing, what is the point of booking a slot ahead of time if the food takes ages to arrive?

Excellent for Southampton airport, barely 5 minutes walk and even closer to the train halt at Southampton airport. Check in was easy and a lovely friendly welcome. Comfortable hotel and as always with premier Inns the bed is super comfortable. Felt safe as need room key to access accommodation area. It's not in a romantic location, you won't get a room with a view but you do get a comfortable hotel 2 with a practical location, oh and once the window was closed super quiet, never heard one plane. Very happy with my stay.

Booked a room the night before a flight. Comfortable room. Good size. Lovely deep bath too. They handled my gluten intolerance very well at breakfast and the food was very good. Everything cooked fresh for me.

Didn't stay just went to have breakfast on my daughters birthday. She was made to feel very special and service was amazing. Food excellent. Atmosphere very pleasant. Highly recommend for locals to eat in the restaurant.
