Premier Inn Maidstone (Allington) hotel

Chose here as it's on my way home from France. Really glad I did as it's super clean with great staff. The receptionist offered just sheets instead of the duvet as it was very hot. Got to our room and the curtains were closed with a fan on to help cool the room. Superb. See you again in October. Thank you.

We travel up from Cornwall several times a year so use Premier Inns quite often!
Premier Inn at Allington is the best we’ve been to so will keep using this one!
Staff are friendly and helpful!
Rooms are clean and comfortable!
Restaurant is great value!

Not bad and not good. Your average stay. If you are looking for a place to just stay and not planning on going out, this is the place for you. I traveled from US for work and stayed here. Again, average place. I tried booking cabs and none would come out to place. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to bars, I would recommend staying on central Maidstone.

Fantastic customer care. I booked a room for my in-laws for a week whilst my mother-in-law was receiving treatment at Maidstone Hospital. The staff here were exceptional, helped make sure that my in-laws were comfortable and looked after. Made a difficult week much better. Thank you.

The room was spacious and clean. Very positive experience

Donna on reception was extremely helpfull today credit to her also the cleaners an Neil on maintenance done all they could to sort issues with no problems great customer service all round and as usual rooms are great thanks guys 👍

We had a nice one night stay at this Premier Inn and couldn't fault it. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was good value. Would definitely recommend it.

Room cold
Thermostat in room very loud clicking.
Duvet needed to be thicker.
When I stayed in summer it was too thick!

This particular Premier Inn is in the ideal situation as most of my family is within a short distance of the Hotel, and I found all the staff very friendly.
