Premier Inn Fareham hotel

This was probably one of the worst rooms I've stayed in.
The staff were lovely so that makes up for the negatives.

It's very tired. Our room smelt of damp and there was no air con. A fan was provided but it wasn't particularly effective. The hotel is like a giant maze. It took about 5 minutes to get to our room.

The bathroom was covered in really bad grouting or plastering around the bath. There was pink mould around the bath taps and under the soap dispenser. The bathroom door would not stay shut without a really good tug.
Yes I should have complained but I really couldn't be bothered as we were only there 2 nights and it was only a room to sleep in. However given how much we paid it was quite disappointing.

Room was a bit tired, not really one of Premier Inn's best, but, to be fair, the price pretty much reflects that and I just needed an overnight stay somewhere vaguely near Southampton

Continental breakfast was decent value and the staff were cheerful and helpful.

I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there, but would use it again.

Only stayed one night. Our receptionist was a trainee but did very well. The rooms are neat and tidy. Only issue is being able to hear our neighbours footsteps. They also need some USB sockets now.

Had a lovely stay, nice staff and feiwny atmosphere ..
Only thing I would say is the stain on the chair in my room was. Well you don't need 3 guesses as to what had taken place on that chair by a previous occupant/couple..

The friendliness of the staff on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast was fantastic. They also went above and beyond expected levels of service to return an item I had mistakenly left in my room on check-out. Beds and bedding are very comfy and room was spotlessly clean, I got a great night's sleep.

Rooms are always consistently good, clean tidy. However, the endless buffet breakfast with a variety of foods is second to none. This is our third time here and we will be using it again with great safe parking and friendly helpful staff it definitely gets a 👍

We stayed there when it was-5. It was so warm and cosy. The beds, duvets, and pillows are so comfortable that I am going to buy some. The Jewel in the Crown of this one is the breakfast. Restaurant and staff lovely and the breakfast is freshly cooked, plenty of it and plenty of choice. Thank you all!

The member of staff that welcomed us was amazing so friendly and helpful.
The internet is so slow it doesn't work so not the best place to stay if your here for buisness.
The room is nice good space comfy beds and clean.
