Great hotel with nice facilities.

Has a great swimming pool and use is complimentary with a family room.

The swimming pool happened to be family/kids time for the afternoon we were there which was great for the little one. They had a great selection of inflatables for the kids to play with which kept them entertained.

Good breakfast selection, hot and fresh. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here as part of our holiday. I have to say the whole experience was faultless!

1. Check in simple and easy, my son loved the DIY room key cards using the screens so that was a massive bonus.

2. Huge, massive lobby, with a Starbucks and huge open bar/restaurant.

3. Staff all helpful and cheerful, we didn't encounter anyone who didn't greet us with a hello

4. Being able to use the leisure facilities was a massive bonus, we were given towels and the whole leisure area was clean and tidy, a million miles away from the spa we'd stayed in the day before. Showers were hot and clean with lovely smelling supplies.

5. The room itself was large and spacious, again, the bathroom had a drench shower and a separate handheld as well. This was all in a bath so my son was able to have a bath as well. Air conditioning worked well and the blinds provided a good black out of the room.

6. We stayed and ate in the bar, excellent range of drinks, and average prices. We also ordered a beast burger meal whilst there and were able to eat in the restaurant with it which was nice.

I really can't wait to go back, we had the best time!!
Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

I have stayed at other Village Hotels before and i have to say that Farnborough was among the the best i have experienced. My colleagues and I stayed there for a week and were welcomed by Joel who was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay, as were all hotel staff.
The rooms are big and modern, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is powerful. The hotel's facilities are also brilliant with a very well equipped gym.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to Joel for making our stay memorable.

I stayed there twice with my children in two weeks. The first time we were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. Quite dirty on chairs and carpets.

The second time was a lot more presentable and satisfying.

The hotel restaurant menu is a little over colourful to read, but was nicely explained to us by the bar tender. Drinks were a bit dear and the food portion was a bit mean. I had curry and I was still a little hungry after. The portion could be a little more generous. Food tasted good, but for a Saturday at 6.30pm they have quite a few things not available.

Parking is free over the weekend. Self check-in and out were easy and preferred. I wish I could have a swim and see what the pool is like. Until next time...

Why I would return to the village is the good groove that they have established. It's a mix between a standard hotel, a big gym, a sports bar and a small business center. Supported by fun and colorful marketing. Well done.
Where I have to take off points : cleaning of the room 8/10, quality of breakfast 8/10, professionalism of staff 7/10.
Having said that, I would likely return there.

A great hotel, clean and comfy bed. Clean room, a great stay all over. Breakfast good. It really is a nice place. Gym good, I am not sure on the extra charges for a towel after you gave paid a charge to use the facility (hence the missing star) I really think if your going to charge extra, you need to make this clear so people can make an informed choice. Other than that I would recommend.

I booked this hotel for my girlfriend's birthday and was so glad I did.
Contact with the hotel prior to arrival was great, they helped to set up a surprise in the room for when we arrived.
The hotel is modern, from the outside it is very impressive with loads of parking. The different areas all lead from the main entrance including a Starbucks, the bar/restaurant and the gym/pool.
Our room was stunning, on the top floor and with everything you could need for a stay away.
The bar is a great area with loads of comfortable seating, table top football, big screens and competitive prices.
The gym and pool are well above what you would expect in a hotel and a massive plus.
They also have events, we stayed on the night of the retro disco, there are others.
The staff here are really friendly and helpful. They all helped to make it such an enjoyable stay but of note Samantha who took my call and helped set up the room deserves a special mention

Great hotel and can’t fault. Room was good although I think heating was down as there was a small heater left in room. Room was clean and up to a great standard.

Gym and pool facilities fantastic and little ones loved the pool. Will certainly be back and use village hotels more often.
