I spent the day and night at this travelodge in Farnborough.
Firstly is the fact when you drive to this travelodge is the fact that it is very difficult to locate as there is a mass of scaffolding all around the place.
*NOTE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT *, you should advertise the fact that you have major works going on, and also inform your customers that you cannot open bedroom windows to allow natural air to come into your room.
The room is very clean and tidy, the sheets where clean & the towels were also nice and fress & clean.
I had food at this lodge and I was surprised at how good the food was especially at the low prices they advertise at, the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and drinks.
The staff were exemplary and very helpful one member of staff whose name was Badaner {hope I spelt that right} was extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge and came across as being very concerned about her customers which was a pleasant surprise from other places I've stayed at.
All in all a pleasant experience, However they should let customers know that there is major work happening at present.

Worst Travelodge I've stayed in, full building was like a building site, if you opened the window loft insulation blew in as building materials were covering the roof and scaffolding outside the building, booked a double room and was given twin disabled room with tiny single beds, asked for a different room but was told there were non so asked for a refund which they eould only did by evoucher that doesn't work, I spend around £2k a month with Travelodge and will now not use them, customer service is nonexistent, no parking either

We thought that Premier Inn were the better chain and this Travelodge has changed our mind. Absolutely excellent! The room and bed were good, no complaints. The staff went out of their way to help and were so eager to please. Especially Bandama(?) (see photo below). The dinner in the on site restaurant was very good and so was the all you can eat breakfast the following morning. The location near the shopping centre and Asda and Sainsburys are extremely handy. We booked on a site that advertised free parking and free breakfast, but we couldn't prove it, so you should be aware that you pay for both! But would definitely recommend and we'd use Travelodge again and particularly this branch.

We’re out here in this freezing cold at Farnborough train station as the lady who I will not name in this review, but, she suggest I’d take a train at 6:15 am as she didn’t want to see my face cause I am asian, especially from the south part of asia. I asked her if she could wait until my was charged, bur she literally shook her head and said, “I am not having this conversation.” On top of that, she brought a bouncer with her, guarding the door as if some burglar had been alarmed at the hotel. The reason she gave us was, she heard us say, “YES!”. Okay,

The breakfast was great, nice variety, labeled for vegan and alternative milks available on the bar.

Staff welcoming and helpful.

Great location, clean bedding but bathroom was not clean. Cleaners need to remember to clean all round the toilet including between the wall and seat. I'd add photos but not the best thing to see 🤢

Sat nav take you to the high Street as that's where the travel lodge is, so parked in sainsburys, you do get your £2 for 2 hours off if you go get some bits in sainsburys. Expensive longer than that, staff recomended the Mead which is the road after, much better in price.

Food is great and staff are amazing. You get what you would expect from a travel lodge in terms of amenities.
