Good hotel with breakfast. It's small hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is near railway station Norbury. You can eat breakfast anytime. In kitchen room, you have fridge and if you wake up at 11am or 4pm, you can go to breakfast :-)

I've rented a 2 bedroom flat for 7 days with Flexistay. The furnitures are outdated, the shower drain was clogged. And every night we had to live with mice running around the flat. The only good point is the location.

Noisy room railway active all night. Auto light in bedroom on at every slight move could not find isolating switch. Fully stocked kitchen had no bread for toast

Rude staff. Unable to check in but they are quick to take your money and refuse to give refunds. Plenty more hotels in the area DO NOT use this place at any means.

It was fine for the price. Well stocked breakfast fridge. Clean enough, but the lights in the rooms were broken. Plus the heating was on all the time and it was 20°C outside!

Fresh food in the fridge for breakfast, we just didn't use it as I didn't want to cook. Had a kettle in the room but no cups or mugs which I'm sure we could have got from the kitchen had we though about it at the time. Basic room but good price. Friendly and clean

Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of food places around the corner. Nice and close to the train.
