A very pleasant slightly old-fashioned holiday-let house with plenty of space inside and out, and lots of facilities. Stratford-upon-Avon is 10 minutes drive away, or a pleasant 1 hour walk including fields and river. Sleeps up 9 in 5 bedrooms, so it suits fairly large groups of family or friends. The layout is a little unusual though - people in two of the bedrooms need to walk through one of two other bedrooms in order to get downstairs. Also there is only one bathroom between four bedrooms, plus the ensuite for the fifth bedroom, plus a downstairs loo. We enjoyed our stay though.

It's alright, the place was a bit dusty and grubby and whilst I'm sure this doesn't usually happen, there was smashed glass on the floor.
It could be amazing if it was updated a bit.

Beautiful house to stay in for family's of all ages. Plenty of room, tennis court, trampoline, swings. Only minutes from centre of Stratford upon Avon and 25 minutes to Warwick Castle

Simply just beautiful place, comfortable lot's of things to do and you can have a good long walk around
