Ate in the restaurant. Great menu; range of meals, with something a little different. Good wine list. Sat outside in the delightful eating area, with lights, plants and pretty design. Just like being on the continent for an evening meal. Sorry the photo is only of coffee, we enjoyed the food so much, we just ate and forgot about photos!!

Excellent atmosphere, decor, and music. Service exceptional. Our barman (Alex) had a good conversation with us while making our drinks, gave us recommendations and even introduced us to a new drink and gave us a free taster (which I ended up ordering on my next round and will definitely ask for again). Really great evening would recommend to anyone visiting Cheltenham.

Beautifully decorated. Really special, excellent location, parking available. Various bars although drinks are pricey - £30 for two drink, although I am from Yorkshire so this maybe the norm closer to London.

Great food and flavour. Service was good, I felt like I was on holiday when seated at the outdoor terrace. I've only put a 4/5 due to there only being one vegetarian main meal option and the service could be a little better, but that's me just being picky. We'll be coming again, so let's hope there will be more options. Highly recommended!

Ate at lunchtime today at the terrace restaurant, food was good. Although I thought it was mean not to include fries with the burger. Which were £5 extra. Side salad was also expensive at £4.50, for lettuce, a few bits of cucumber and 3 tomatoes .Service charge was automatically added to the bill and was 12.5%. So nice but pricey. Loos also blocked up!

Really great cocktails, a little on the pricey side, but you really are paying for quality. It can take a while to be served when it is really busy, but expected when the drinks are as fancy. We were really wowed by the decor, and wished there was a 131 in Newcastle!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room was absolutely beautiful. Great food and service. The menu was perfect. What’s not to like !! Highly recommend the Bramble made by George.

Stayed in one of the “Outstanding Rooms” over new year. The room was incredible with the large roll top bath and wonderful decor. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were attentive and friendly and the location is perfect.
The only downsides were to get to the room you have to go through the busy restaurant, little awkward when people are having a sit down meal. Also the music in the restaurant comes on at 8am, which is loud when you’re trying to get a lie in.
