Only the 1 bed flat on first floor and the gym is rating 2 stars, and over all and everything else is below 2 rating. This includes bad customer experience, staff made me feel uncomfortable, there overall customer service is basic, they come across not genuine, lack of listening, no empathy, rude, and they only help when you push them to do something. 2 female staff on reception are genuine helpful polite and pretty. I would never go there again, especially with the same staff. The hotel is like student hall/hostel accommodation. They are inexperienced professionals that are learning how to deal with people skills, as this is people business after all. Not recommended because of staff experience was that poor, if its short stay couple days get away then maybe, if its over a week go somewhere else.

Great apartaments, fully equipped with air conditioner, kettle, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and extremaly fast Internet access above 200 Mbit/s. The staff is helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Coffee machine and selection of teas are available for free in the reception hall. Breakfasts are rather symbolic, it's just a croissant, yoghurt and fruit, but there is a Coop market next to the apartment and number of restaurants around. The best option for us was Too Good Too Go app and huge and tasty breakfasts from Ibis located c. 10 minutes of walk from the apartment. The benefit for us was a relative proximity of the city centre and many transport options from Stratford Station (including a direct bus to Stansted Airport).

Immaculate room and public spaces, only to be expected from Roomzzz! Lovely friendly staff, happy to chat and pass the time of day. Totally recommend staying here.

We stayed here during our 7days trip to London. Our room was nice, clean and very well equipped. There is a coffeemaker in the Lobby, where you can take coffee any time. Location of the hotel is very good, especially when arriving from London Stansted. Hotel is located near Stratford station, where you can get tube to the City center.National express bus stops there as well.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and really nice for the price. We were really happy with our stay. Lovely friendly staff, good location for shopping and tube, comfortable beds and a decent price. We will definitely be booking with Roomzzz again.

We had a penthouse room for my birthday and it was AMAZING. Clean, spacious and beautiful large balcony. Only a 10 minute walk to stratford station and westfield so overall the perfect area to stay in. Would highgly reccommend!

Leaving your home country is hard enough, self isolating for 10 days the moment you arrive even more so!!!
Overall the three months I have been there were wonderful. The staff always nice most of the time with some exception that could have been avoided with more info for me regarding the self isolating
