Very very clean! Comfy bed, plenty of space in the rooms. Bathrooms spotless and shower lovely, Pretty quiet, beautiful park next door (castle park) with rowing boats, staff very helpful! We ordered a Chinese to be delivered from the new mayflower and the food was amazing, hot, fresh and tasty! Breakfast was cooked in smaller batches than other premier inns, meaning there was constantly fresh hot food out. All in all a lovely stay, good price rooms the ONLY negative was we ordered a family room with a cot and there wasn’t one in the room, luckily we took our own “just in case” but worth noting if travelling with a baby

Wonderful stay in a beautiful room. Had a great sleep and a nice shower in the morning. Coffee machine was a nice addition as well as an endless supply of bottle water in the fridge. Aircon was perfect. Noise level was very low too 😃

Found a fantastic rate for 1 nights stay. Room clean but starting to show signs of wear & tear which is understandable. Ate in the restaurant for dinner & enjoyed breakfast too with the meal deal offer. Conveniently located, friendly staff.

I've stayed in many Premier Inns, which have been great but this one is grubby. The bathroom was filthy. The police turned up on our 1st night due to guests shouting. We were awoken Saturday night by someone screaming in the corridor & breakfast was poor. My sons girlfriend had mould on a crumpet & I found the plastic top from a carton floating in my orange juice. Parking is a nightmare & unfortunately my husband parked in the street after being told by a member of staff it should be OK as long as he moves it early in the morning but we got a parking ticket. Major changes & deep cleaning needed here, won't be staying again!!

The bed was very comfortable but there was several days of dust on the scurting boards in the bedroom and bathroom also on the table at the side of the bed. Shower doors had soap/watermarks at the bottom of the doors.
Staff in restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending but that was it. The room was small and airless. When the aircon was put on to combat this, it was like being by a plane about the take off so not conducive to rest relaxation or sleep! Then there was the bed, so hard I had to sleep on the rolled up duvet and was left to use towels as covers!!! The next morning I went downstairs and spoke to two staff telling them all about it and asking for more pillows and bedding… obviously they ignored it and I repeated the same ridiculous palava a second time around. I was emailed for a review by Premier inn and did fill one in through their form but oddly enough they didn’t post it! I guess only positive views make the cut!

Perfect location for seeing all of the city and town centre. The Bed wasn't very comfortable and the air con was noisy. Food wasn't much good as they had no bacon on one of the days for breakfast, and the oven broke down so no food was cooked for dinner.
