Canterbury Cathedral Lodge Hotel

Me and my partner went for a weekend gateway and honestly I can’t wait to be back! The quality of the room was really good and the view of the cathedral is amazing. The staff, the breakfast, its perfect location in Canterbury makes me believe I made the best decision when it comes to accommodation. I recommend it 100%

The room we stayed in was a little outdated and was steps only. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal, so much choice and, again, very accommodating staff. The parking is a little difficult to find but there was plenty of safe parking, and hotel in the middle of town so cannot go wrong.

Nice clean rooms, good location. Accommodation pass has the perks of free cathedral entry and discounts at some local restaurants.
Careful on the porridge on the breakfast menu, was delicious but cooked with DOUBLE CREAM, which was not specified on the menu for those who are health conscious.

After having a problem with my parking. And this got sorted. I would recommend any one staying there but don't pick the cheap room if l was to stay again l would go for the room at the front of the canderal. As the cheap room it was very noisy. But breakfast was very lovely. And very onto of the town. So l would say l recommend this hotel. Staff are very friendly and lovely. Room was comfortable. Shower was a bit need if attention. but value for money.

The service was excellent and staff was friendly. The view to the cathedral was awesome. Next to shops and restaurants! My parents have just held their 60th Wedding anniversary party here. It was a sit down lunch for 40 people. It was a great success in all respects. The staff couldn't have been more helpful in the planning of the event. The service staff on the day were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The lunch was delicious and promptly served. The room worked incredibly well with good acoustics for the hard of hearing. I can unreservedly recommend the Cathedral Lodge for a special event.

Superb hotel in the cathedral environs, with very comfortable rooms, superb cuisine and very friendly staff. Excellent for conferences or personal stays, with views of the cathedral, and the resident peregrine falcon that are stunning!

Excellent location for Cathedral and shops. Staff were friendly and approachable. Rooms are clean and well presented. Breakfast was well cooked and good portion size.
