Situated right on the top of the Leas at Folkestone, the Westward Ho is ideally located and has some lovely views out to sea. The service was pretty good. The room was clean. For a Bed and Breakfast it has all you need.

At the price, wasn't expecting too much, but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, service was great and friendly, it's in a great location, the walk along the cliff promenade is stunning, will definitely be back, also my family like the pictures I shared so hopefully they will come too.

Phoned earlier this week about accommodation for last week in September. For the period i had in mind was available, and i was happy with the price. I did mention i have a disability so i would need help with suitcase up the stairs which i was told no problem.

He could not book me in at that time as he was not in the office but would call me back in about an hour or so.

I did not get a call back.

Good location for a late evening/night cross channel ferry and dog friendly and friendly staff. Room was big , clean and comfortable. the hotel is a little tired but apart from that for the price little to grumble about.

Had to make a call as booked room for 2 adults and 2 children and email only stated 2 adults but was rectified.
The room was clean, beautiful and very pleasing to the eye.
On our first night went to shower and no hot water.
Beds are the worse I've slept in in 42 year. ( In pain all Hoilday)
Couldn't relax due to check ins, cleaning staff and guests.
Banging of doors, shouting and partying.
Room had all you need. Towels, soap, wash products, toilet roll.
Kettle and drinks, cups
Places to put your clothes but only 2 hangers in a family room.

Awful. Probably the worst nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Woken several times during the night by very loud noises. Bedding was scratchy. Large, suspicious white stain on one duvet cover - we didn't use that bed. Hairs in most other beds. Unable to give zero star rating as Google requires me to give at least one. Wouldn't stay here again if they offered to pay me.
