Milsoms Kesgrave Hall

Another amazing stay at Kesgrave Hall made all more pleasant by Victoria on reception who went out of her way to make sure that our single night stay was as pleasant as possible. Literally, nothing was too much trouble and we all felt very valued as guests.

A great all-round experience. Service was attentive and very professional (thanks to Josh and staff for overseeing this). The variety of main courses on the menu more than catered for the preferences of our large party. The food was excellent and I especially enjoyed my beautifully cooked steak and sides. Dining whilst looking over the beautiful grounds was very pleasurable from the shade-covered terrace, whilst watching our dog run around the gorgeous lawns. This was a double-birthday family meal so the quality of the food, excellent service and surroundings made it a very special and memorable family occasion.

Having been given a Best room over night stay with Dinner & Breakfast gift card for Christmas in 2020 we used it for our post-wedding night stay over.

Staff are very attentive and soon dealt with the few issues we had.

Room was large and well presented. Slightly showing wear and tear and in need of updating.

Overall a pleasurable stay

Beautiful location and room. The staff were lovely from booking to checkout. The food and service is great and I would recommend a visit to the spa which is in an amazing setting

Milsoms has become one of the favourite places for my girlfriend and I to go for a meal. Plentiful car parking in lovely countryside surroundings, this is an environment that offers that bit extra for your eating experience. The staff are very attentive without imposing, the service is professional and the food is first class. It is one of those places that when you leave you are sorry to do so and you are already looking forward to your next visit.

Very little choice for plain food diets. The beef roast was very salty and tough beef.
Lots of young inexperienced staff eager to please.
You can take your own celebration cake but no birthday chorus.

Possibly the best Christmas I have ever had. I would hugely recommend the Christmas 2023, 3 night stay. With or without kids, young or elderly! The food, rooms and service were amazing. And I couldn't pick a fault if I tried to. I used to be a chef and the quality, presentation and flavours of all courses were superb. Thank you Team Misoms Kesgrave.

Only had one night here, but it was most enjoyable. Breakfast was especially enjoyable when we were looked after by a lovely hostess. Thank you!!
