Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. However the carpet in the room was stained and discoloued looked dirty also the carpets outside rooms need a good clean.

The Lithuanian gentleman on reception was amazing. Very friendly I would give him 5☆☆☆☆☆. Excellent customer service. Even offered to carry my bags, which you never seem to get at any other hotels.

Nice location with it's own free parking that is hard to find in many London hotels. All types of public transport available for just a few minutes walk. Hotel itself is not very clean but better than some other Travelodges. Staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. You had to collect extra/ new towels from reception. No bar/ dining area. Ample, free parking and right next to a Harvester where we went for breakfast.

Uber to Morden tube station and then a 30 minute ride into Central London. Don't go during hot times of the year as there is no air conditioning.

The TV was quite small and on the desk at the side of the room so you can't see it if you're sleeping on the right side if the bed.

Average at best, no real complaints, but Very tired Travelodge. Clean & tidy, but could definately do with a refurb. Very worn carpets, and clinical bathrooms. Biggest concern was no actual locks on front or inner doors...

Nice quiet, small hotel, only 2 floors. Room we stayed in was clean but looking tired, maybe time for refurbishment. Room 115's door looked like someone had battered it, no lock or handle on door. Our room was given to us as clean, but there was a pouch of protein drink balanced behind tv.

Even for a budget hotel I found this hotel to be far from inviting. It appeared soulless, shoddy and tired .
I found the bed to be extremely hard and uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep. The heavily worn carpeting in the room made the room look dirty and was well in need of replacement.
I had booked to stay for two nights but the hotel made me feel so depressed I decided not to stay for the second night.
If this is typical of Travelodge accommodation, I would strongly recommend finding another hotel chain.

It was a bit shabby, but to be honest that never bothers me (within reason!). However the shower in the family room only emitted scalding water.

I reported it on the first morning, but nothing was done about it. On the second morning as we were leaving very early, I again complained, and the staff showed that if you fiddled with the controls for 3 mins you should eventually get water of a safe temperature. The person helping me was helpful, but could not explain what he had done (it was trial and error whilst the shower continued to emit scalding water).

So - unresolved fault, unsafe shower, 2 nights of no showering (the bath was fed by same tap, so same issue), with unwell kids. I'm just relieved it was me that was under the scalding shower that first time, rather than a child.

So far travelodge have been less than helpful, and denied any fault. I will keep pursuing!

upon arrival everything seemed ok, receptionist was lovely.
no lift to upstairs only stairs, the room carpet was dirty and lifted, bed covers had stains, no plug sockets near bed, bath taps was rusty and stained, very basic and dated, no soap in the dispenser next to bath, requested an extra pillow and never arrived… we have stayed in plenty of travel lodges and premier inns before and never been this disappointed
