Premier Inn Ashford Central hotel

This was a well run, welcoming and comfortable stay. My husband has restricted mobility and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly bringing our meal from the restaurant to our room and (a chambermaid) helping get our luggage all the way to our car. There were small issues like no extra pillows, even when asked for, and only one chair in our twin room.

Friendly, welcoming reception staff. They even sorted us with a booking for the restaurant next door, allowing us time to get our stuff sorted in the room. Family room was set up for us and we all slept very well.

The people were amazing and in particular Shaun in the table table restaurant was an absolute charm. Attentive and very personable. The room was perfect! Had a great sleep! Breakfast was hot to order just lush!

Very clean, modern room. Clearly recently refurbished. Air con was great. Easy, affordable and clean - everything you want from a Premier Inn.

Usual standard of room,clean comfy, and brilliant beds! Had to wait 15 mins for a member of staff to turn up to check in location is poor in the middle.of an industrial estate with traffic all night

Great Premier Inn, Central Ashford at Willesborough. I stayed there Christmas Day and Boxing Day to be near the William Harvey hospital as my mum was in hospital over Christmas. It was within walking distance. It was very comfortable and nice beds, had everything you wanted in the room tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and TV, didn't hear the traffic from the dual carriageway, nearby. The bathroom was large and had a shower and bath.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The breakfast is extra but is reasonable at £9.50, I paid for it in the morning and it is just across the car park at Table Table French Connection restaurant. Really lovely big breakfast, all continental breakfast is buffet and help yourself to cereal, tea and coffee, toast, croissants, orange juice and fruit. The cooked breakfast has to be ordered but you can have much or as little as you want. Again lovely staff, helpful and friendly.

I would not recommend the French Connection as the Steak and Ale Pie was reluctant to stay in my body after only 10mins of consuming it.
My Hotel Room was very poorly cleaned as the previous occupations hair was still remaining on the Bathroom Tiles and a degree of Mould on the ceiling wasn't very nice.

Two night stay due to heating issues at home, rooms are clean and bright, very quiet at night, staff very polite and helpful, great stay
