Old Rose & Crown Hotel

Attended a wedding here this weekend of dear friends and stayed two nights too. The staff were beyond excellent. The service was amazing and the food exceptional. Good job Dave, a brilliant Chef and his team. Nicky the wedding planner and her team were just fabulous and the owners of the hotel we also fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue for any celebrations, Sunday lunch, evening functions! Had a lovely time

Surprise 30th birthday party at Old Rose and Crown Hotel Andrew the owner was fantastic along with all the staff and events coordinator nothing was too much trouble. The location is beautiful with outstanding grounds ideal for many occasions. The rooms are lovely and contain all the amenities you need. The breakfast was lovely and again nothing was too much trouble, would highly recommend this a venue, very reasonable prices for venue hire and bed and breakfast.

A beautiful old hotel, spotlessly clean and very very comfortable beds.
The receptionist was super helpful and friendly,I think her name was Mandi.
The hotel is in a stunning location,plenty of walks and a lovely duckpond right behind and a golf course.would love to go back and explore a bit more.

Held our wedding ceremony and reception here, thank you so much the whole team especially Andrew and Dawn our wedding co-ordinator for making everything run so smoothly and beautifully. The food was amazing and you looked after our guests so well. We have received so many compliments regarding food, music and atmosphere. Had a wonderful weekend here, with my daughter. It was my 60th birthday. They was having a murder mystery event, which I really enjoyed. I was spoilt rotten, by my daughter. The owner gave me a free bottle of wine too. Thank you. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Lovely place, lovely rooms.

My new wife and I had our wedding here yesterday (14/1/23). From the initial contact with the Hotel in June '22 they have been wonderful. They have 2 wedding planners, Dawn and Loretta who have been so helpful. From advice of who to apply to for marriage licences, (Worcestershire, not Birmingham). They have a contracted DJ service to provide music, all costed within the price package. They were able to cater for adult menus, including Celiac, Crohns and nut allergy, children's menus, non alcohol guests etc. The staff service was impeccable. If I could give 6 stars then I would.

No room service, very cold room during night.Shower cabine in very bad condition that it is difficult to close.
When I check in I found that on my room TV was not working, dirty toilet and also leak.
After my complaint to reception it was sorted,but I think room must be check before anyone move in.
