I attended a wedding at this hotel. The suite was very spacious with high ceilings. The reason why I have given 3 stars is because I asked the staff, if there was anywhere I could pray, even a small corner. Well, there was no where😔. I was hoping they would accommodate me but I think they don't want a Muslim seen praying, cramping their style.

Beautiful smelling rooms, and a very affluent ambience. I love their mini bar. The only downside is that the usher at the door asks so many questions.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure!

Hit a bit of snag after flying all night from Miami direct to have our room not ready on time. HOWEVER, Diego at the front desk kept me calm, treated us truly like VIP's and upgraded to a Suite . Hotel is super clean, close to everywhere you'd want to see, and most important the Staff is top shelf!

Beautiful hotel all dressed up for Christmas. Our room, all the staff, the M Lounge and Breakfast were all first class. Great location, close to top shopping and dining spots, we will be back, quality of service was excellent, very professional and friendly.

Came here for an awards ceremony - good venue, WC's beautifully clean and everything went well with great waiting staff. I have knocked a star off, only because the front desk told us that they were unable to get us a taxi at nearly midnight, and so it left myself and my colleague (both female) walking to the nearest main road to hail a cab. Not ideal from a hotel of this standard.

We stayed at the Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel for my Wife's birthday recently and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is well located, clean and of an excellent standard. But it was the staff that made the difference. One staff member, Maria, even went the extra mile by delivering my Wife a birthday gift to her room and signing happy birthday.

This hotel is located in a very vibrant area of Mayfair. Upon check-in, I was surprised to be given room 115.

I had specifically requested a higher floor away from the elevator, yet the first room assigned to us was on the 1st floor next to the elevator. We did not check into that room and reminded them of our request.

The replacement room (403) was decent, aside from the strong smell of food/fryer oil in the hallways (mentioned in prior reviews). As the smell did not encroach our room, we stayed. Sophia was kind enough to welcome us with a nice note and bottle of wine/chocolate.

Unfortunately, on the second morning, we awoke to an incredible amount of cigarette smoke in our room. Neither one of us are smokers, so it was very disturbing. We called the front desk and after investigating (a manager came to our room to smell the smoke), they changed our room.

The replacement room (437) was, unfortunately, much smaller and also located next to service room/closet. We heard doors opening/shutting, items being moved about, and loud voices constantly throughout the day. After two nights and no cessation in the noise, we requested a room change.

They moved us back to the same wing as our first room, in a mid-sized room (401). While quiet, we were once again subjected to cigarette smoke. Early mornings and evenings were the smokiest times, but the scent never completely left the room. Leaving the window open (the smoke was *not* coming from outside) and a scented candle burning in our room did nothing to improve the experience.

Between being accosted by noise & smoke, our entire stay was simply an unhappy one. The staff were very apologetic, unfortunately, they could not control other guests’ inappropriate behavior (this is a completely non-smoking hotel) nor could they re-engineer the faulty ventilation system of the hotel. They offered yet another room change, however, as we kept getting worse and worse accommodations, we decided to just stay put for our last few nights. We were simply tired of moving - this is not how we envisioned our holiday.

One of the reasons we stayed at this property for the entire 8 days of our trip was the concept of having to unpack once and pack up once. That obviously did not happen and we left London with very unwelcome souvenirs- sinus and allergy flare-ups due to the incessant smoke in our rooms.

Despite its great location, we would not return here nor recommend it to others at this time. We do have to note that all the staff we encountered at this hotel were kind and sympathetic, however, none of them were able to turn this unfortunate experience around.

We come here as often as we can from the States! Always excellent service, and we love the rooms. As Titanium for Life Marriott Bonvoy members they always take care of us the way a fine hotel should do. The lounge downstairs has been expanded and they have two Gorden Ramsey restaurants on premise. The location is grand, especially if you like shopping and walking. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel as it is consistently excellent!
