Welcoming, friendly, happy professional staff.
Warm, safe, clean, contemporary rooms with comfy beds and lovely powerful showers.
Breakfast is continental, with croissant straight out of the oven, Delicious cheese and ham fresh fruit, natural yoghurt, seeds dried fruit, toast with selection of cereals. Lovely selection of breads and muffins and super choice of excellent coffee.
Inexpensive with great connections to central London and plenty of parking.
I visited on business and this hotel was the perfect base with a desk.
Excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel.

Hotel was clean but basic & well priced for a weekend stay near(ish) the centre of London. There are two parts to the hotel & our room (271) was in the part over the road from the main reception. The room was clean but not very warm so we used the air conditioning unit, on the heat setting, to warm the room. We also asked the receptionist for another duvet which she were happy to provide us with. Breakfast was in the continental style with croissants, meats, cheeses, cereals etc. The breakfast area, in the reception part of the hotel, was very busy on Saturday but much quieter on Sunday (our last day). Tea & coffee making facilities were in the room, as were shower gel/soap. The bed was comfy & we slept well but it was cold in the morning until the air con/heater had done it's thing. The nearest tube station was Walthamstow central which was a 15/20 minute walk from the hotel. It then took another 20/25 minutes on the tube to get to the centre of London (Leicester Sq/Covent Garden). We enjoyed our weekend & after a long day were glad to get back to the hotel. It wasn't the warmest but was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. I'm not sure I'd want to stay there for much longer than that though.

Possibly the worse hotel I’ve used In London and I spend 4 night a week in Hotels. Hotel says it has parking yet only have 8 spaces and although a few were empty I was told they were booked so I had to park some distance away. Part of the hotel is on the opposite side of the road and seems extremely unsecured. Tiny room, toilet hadn’t been cleaned or flushed!!!! Bed sheets dirty with hair. Room on ground floor yet window doesn’t shut fully or lock. Very noisy and paper thin walls. First hotel review I’ve wrote in 3 years but i couldn’t not. Considering sleeping in the car instead...

Had a 2 night stay here which was pretty terrible. Given a room in the separate building across a busy road from main building. This is unstaffed & unsupervised. My room was right next to lift motor room which kept me awake till past midnight & also woke me up before 6am.
Room very small but bathroom was ok. Didn't manage to get any breakfast due to too many guests & not enough staff to manage the situation.
Unfriendly staff & not a good location with too many people hanging around on street corners. This hotel is not up to usual Ibis Styles standard & I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms were clean but very small. Our room was in a separate building to reception which was a little inconvenient. The lift doesn't go to the fourth floor so anyone with heavy luggage take note, as you will have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. Breakfast was a sparse continental spread and poorly laid out and there is very little seating available.

We had a red eye flight and arrived at the hotel way before check in time (2pm). The hotel staff were very kind to get us a room and keep our suitcases while we had breakfast. Great location as it is 5-10 minutes away from supermarkets and a 17 minute walk to the train station.
I however, didn’t like the fact that the window in the room could not be opened and the breakfast options were very limited just a bunch of pastries with no real breakfast meal.

All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Booked a room a year in advance as soon as I could that fsr ahead. On the day of the booking, they email to say that the room is now no longer available.
Left me high and dry with no explanation and a weekend in London with no accommodation available and very little for under 3 times what I paid for this.
Will absolutely avoid all Ibis partners from now on, plenty other honourable hotel chains around.

They are wicked and do not have a good service. Their house is in total distress ,no maintenance and poor customer service. They left my newborn and toddler in this winter season in cold. They cannot fix the Boiler, it keeps breaking down everyday and cannot do anything. The rooms are cracked , no lift in 40 staircases apartment .
